When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. Stayed here before but find staff very indifferent, beds are not comfortable mattress very hard no engagement from staff

It’s near restaurants, Central Park walking distance.

Cons:

Staff at front desk lack of hospitality no eye contact they greeted like it was a job not genuine. Beds mattress were very hard leaving with a sore back. We where with out electricity for almost a day no one notified me until I went down to front desk to let them know most of the room had no electricity and today I had an early flight 6 am hat leave at 2:30 and no water to shower. I had to suggest to let me use another room to shower!

El baño desde un principio estaba como tapado. Les comenté a las chicas del aseo y le facilitaron un destapa caños, mejoró pero el último día volvió a suceder que no se iba del todo cuando jalabas la cadena

Pros:

The room had zero ventilation or windows, it was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Very expensive for what we were given. Would not stay again.

Worst service I’ve had anywhere in Guatemala. I expected better in Antigua since it’s “tourist-y”.
Pros:

Terrible staff and management team. I brought up multiple concerns with the space I was staying in and none of it was addressed. Nothing like the pictures or ads on booking.com or website. Very misleading hotel.

Cons:

Misleading ads and information for services the hotel offers. No service whatsoever. We couldn’t participate in buying breakfast because they only “have enough” for whoever is staying there. i booked 3 nights with them, how do they not have enough for us who’s willing to buy breakfast while staying there? We asked for someone to come fix the wifi & tv issue they were having. The team member was unable to fix it after 30 minutes of trying, looked at me, said sorry, and walked out without a follow up. Our mini fridge was broken as well, we couldn’t keep any of our drinks cold during our stay and that was also unaddressed by management and staff team members.
I had to check out a day early because of how uncomfortable it was staying at Hotel Las Camelias Inn.
Would not recommend to anyone visiting Antigua and that’s coming from someone that has lived in Guatemala for 3 years as a “foreigner”. Soy Guatemalteco y nos dan ese tipo de servicio? Unacceptable.

Reasonable place for few days and Antigua's tours.
Pros:

The structure is nice and cleaning ladies are making a great job tomaintain the hotel and the rooms cleaned. The location is close to the heart of Antigua.

Cons:

Our Riom was at the main floor, close to the kitchen so at 5.30am the noise of breakfast preparation is weaking you up. The hotel also if has many open areas doesn't have a smoking area. Room was very little, with no AC and no sufficient ventilation, initially also with no fan. From room to room you can listen everything and due to the lack of ventilation, people are forced to maintain the windows open, so you see and listen all from your neighbors.

Cómodo y relajante.
Pros:

El Hotel es muy acogedor, le dan mucha prioridad a la limpieza, todo el STAF fueron muy amables y cordiales. Me encantó su decoración, las diferentes áreas de descanso, las plantas, en el segundo nivel tienen una vista linda a los volcanes y el delicioso café que tomé por la mañana. (el café, te y agua pura, están todo el día de gratis) Las habitaciones cuentan con camas muy cómodas y los baños muy bonitos . Todo muy limpio. Está muy céntrico y no es ruidoso.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Muy bien el lugar, el personal es muy amable y es bastante cercano al centro de la Antigua. Pero dentro de las condiciones ofrecen parqueo y ellos no tienen parqueo interno o privado, sino que hay que ir a otro lugar a parquear.

Cons:

Que ofrecen parqueo privado, pero el hotel no tiene parqueo interno. Además que hay que ir a otro lugar y cobran tarifa extra. Yo filtré que tuviera parqueo y precisamente por eso también opté por esta opción porque ofrecía lo que necesitaba. No me gustó que lo ofrezcan y no es cierto.
