Una grata experiencia en Antigua Guatemala
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y las vistas a los volcanes son increíbles. Nos pareció un excelente detalle que tuvieran agua, té y café de cortesía. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos. Además, las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas. En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y definitivamente es un lugar que recomendamos para hospedarse en Antigua.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que las camas son un poco duras y no resultan tan cómodas como esperábamos. Además, se escucha el ruido del exterior, ya que las paredes no aíslan muy bien el sonido, lo que puede llegar a incomodar un poco.

El area comun es preciosa, realmente los jaridnes son super lindos. Ademas tiene una ubicación buena, pero no es la mejor si vas con niños.

Cons:

Definitivamente le falta mucha higiene, el baño salen olores super fuertes y feos, no tiene ventilación, osea si pero para la misma habitación, lo q no sirve ni tampoco es higienico, nos dieron una habitación al lado de la lavandería y desde las 6am hacía demasiada bulla el personal de mantenimiento. Nuestra habitación era con ventilador xq íbamos con un niño, sin embargo no servía prácticamente y tuvimos q pedir q nos dieran un abanico de piso para poder estar en la habitación xq era demasiado caliente.

Cons:

No AC on a hot night can be tough. I suggest upgrading the fans or trying another system. Because of the WIFI's landing page survey requirement, the TV can't access it.

Tiene vistas estupendas. Nos alojamos en una habitación del segundo piso. Está muy cerca de muchos puntos de encuentro y lugares de interés en Antigua. Es muy seguro y de fácil acceso.

It has great views. We stayed in a second-floor room. It's very close to many meeting points and places of interest in Antigua. It's very safe and easily accessible.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado; tuvimos que pedir un ventilador porque hacía demasiado calor. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Entiendo la importancia de ahorrar electricidad cuando no se usa. Pero, por favor, tengan consideración, ya que llegar de noche requiere luz para ver y evitar tropezar o caerse al subir las escaleras. No apaguen las luces al subir. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

There's no air conditioning; we had to ask for a fan because it was too hot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I understand the importance of saving electricity when it's not in use. But please be considerate, as arriving at night requires light to see and avoid tripping or falling while going up the stairs. Don't turn off the lights when going upstairs. Otherwise, everything was fine.
