Das Hotel ist wunderschön im andalusischen Stil eingerichtet und liegt inmitten von einem ruhigen Garten mit Pool.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde à la carte im Garten (wenn man wollte) serviert. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
Einen Parkplatz fand man immer direkt vor dem Hotel.

Lugar con personalidad, calidad y gusto en la decoracion, habitacion correctisima y personal profesional de amabilidad extraordinaria especialmente la sra. Cubana que parecia estar a cargo del establecimiento.

Séjour décevant mais Hôtel calme peu de prestation

La tranquillité loin de l agitation de Grenade

Cons:

L hotel n est pas a la hauteur des notes données par booking.
Petit déjeuner très mauvais. Pas de buffet. Croissant pain au chocolat décongelés au derniers moments.
Équipements de la salle de bain pas a la hauteur .
Très vieillissant.
Voiture obligatoire.

Cons:

The hotel in Granada was clean and good, but my experience with the reception completely ruined my stay.

I asked for tickets to Alhambra for the 24th, but a male receptionist pressured me, insisting tickets would sell out and offering only one option for €85. Because I was at work and rushed, I made a small mistake with the date, and instead of confirming, he booked them for Thursday.

As a result, we lost €170 because we arrived late and couldn’t use the tickets. When I spoke to him, he was rude and took zero responsibility.

What’s worse, later he offered tickets for Saturday for only €55 — clearly cheaper options existed but were never mentioned before.

Although the hotel itself is nice, this experience made my stay stressful and frustrating, even in such a magical city like Granada. I expected professionalism and honesty, but unfortunately received neither.
