Großzügiges Zimmer, einige freie Getränke, kostenloser Abendsnack

Cons:

Mitarbeiter könnten wirklich English sprechen (nutzen ein Übersetzungsgerät - reicht) aber man fragt nur das absolut notwendiges

Pros:

good sized room, some free drinks in the minibar, could leave my luggage of 36h while I was in Hangzhou and Suzhou, laundry room with washers and dryers is great - with instructions people even move your laundry through the stages

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, close to Metro station and around 15min (walking) to pedestrian street. Awesome stuff and very delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Мы заплатили около 900 долларов за 6 дней проживания, но отель совершенно не оправдал свою цену. Сначала нам дали номер с окном, выходящим на соседнюю комнату, а не на улицу или двор. Чтобы поменять номер, пришлось доплатить ещё 300 юаней.

Персонал не помогал решать возникающие проблемы. Однажды мы поздно вечером вернулись уставшими и не смогли попасть в номер, потому что дверь не открывалась — пришлось идти на ресепшен и разбираться с ситуацией.

Кроме того, вокруг отеля постоянно шли строительные работы, из-за чего было шумно. До этого мы жили в другом отеле, который стоил почти в два раза дешевле и при этом был гораздо комфортнее. Этот отель мы выбрали только из-за локации, но своих денег он точно не стоит.

Siisteys hyvä, aamupala ok.
Ilmastointi toimi hyvin

Cons:

Kukaan ei puhunut sanaakaan englantia, ainut hymyilevä henkilökunnan työntekijä oli kerrossiivooaja. Wi-Fi oli luokkaa Kiina, eli ei kovin toimiva. Äänet kuului muista huoneista selkeästi.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für wesentliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in Shanghai sowie nahe Metro Station.

Cons:

Schimmel spuren in Dusche und Waschbecken. Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und mit Gebrauchsspuren. Bauarbeiten am Gebäude sowie am Nachbargebäude führen zu Lärm ab 8 Uhr morgens. Kommunikation mit Personal ausbaufähig.

Tout est parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, à 15 min à pied des principaux activités à faire à shaghai, la station de metro est à 3 min à pied

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient est que le personnel ne parle pas l’anglais

Clean, comfortable and luxurious.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and competent. We had to check out a day early and Booking.com couldn’t credit us so hotel used Alipay to personally credit us; they didn’t need to do that. Breakfast was really good with a great variety.

Cons:

Location wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great.

Отличный отель, чисто, комфортно, уютно. "Умный отель", шудо-помощница и музыку включит, и свет. Персонал просто молодцы, очень клиентоориентированы, помощь по любому вопросу. С удовольствием буду останавливаться в следующий раз
