Gute Unterkunft, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal. Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Auch das Essen dort war hervorragend

Cons:

Kein Wasser am Waschbecken.

Pas compris nous avions une douche bouchée pas d’eau chaude à si !! 1 fois pour qu’une personne en 5 jours ,le responsable a prétendu qu’on était certainement bébête pour ce servir d’un robinet de douche et la cerise sur le gâteau c’est le petit malin qui vous attrape 10 x par jour pour absolument prendre une excursion snorkeling qu’on a pris malheureusement pour nous il nous a vendu du rêve au lieu d’être 15 pers sur un bateau sympa nous étions 30 dans une barque serrée comme des sardines et on a payé plus cher que tout le monde et le pire c’est qu’il ne nous calculait plus les jours suivant même pas un bonjour ça fait beaucoup…

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très disponible, ils nous ont permis de rester 1h de plus dans nos chambres. Nous avons été accueilli avec un petit cocktail

L'emplacement est à l'opposé du port mais cela ne nous a pas déranger car proche des jolies plages

Cons:

Lorsque j'ai réservé je me suis fiée à la note booking, je ne comprends pas car c'était vraiment très sale ( lavabo sale non nettoyé saletés accumulées depuis des mois) De plus nous sommes restés deux nuits et aucun nettoyage n'a été fait dans les chambres contrairement à tous les hôtels faits durant notre road trip, en bord de plage même si on se déchausse il y a toujours beaucoup de sable et ce n'est vraiment pas agréable. Le linge de maison était tâché, linge de toilette, taie d'oreiller.
Je ne pourrais parler du restaurant car vu l'état des chambres je n'ai pas souhaité manger dans cet établissement
Les chambres n'ont aucune isolation, nous avons été réveillés chaque matin par la 3ème famille qui parlait normalement mais nous avions l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la chambre.
C'est vraiment dommage car le personnel est adorable et ça pourrait être très sympa mais la saleté m'a vraiment dérangé je suis vraiment déçue de mon séjour

Tolle Lage am Strand und super Personal
Pros:

Super bemühtes Personal, uns wurde viel beim Organisieren von Transporten weitergeholfen (E-Roller, Speedboat nach Lombok) Alle sehr freundlich.
Auch die Lage war spitze

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht die neuesten und schönsten, aber völlig in Ordnung und auf jeden Fall sauber.

Leuke huisjes aan het strand met erg vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Mooie huisjes op een prachtige plek aan het strand. Wij werden bij aankomst verwelkomt met een drankje en één van de personeelsleden heeft ons gelijk alle highlights van Gili Air laten zien. Eén avond hebben wij hier aan het strand gegeten met Live muziek, was erg sfeervol en lekker! Al met al zeer leuk verblijf gehad!

Personnel agréable et volontaire pour organiser des sorties sur mesure en snorkelling, aux îles voisines, transport calèche. Musique livre régulièrement. Couchers de soleil. Beaucoup de choix de restauration, d'activités et de bars à proximité.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas faite tous les jours, ce qui, avec la proximité des plages et donc du sable, aurait pu mériter un coup rapide.

Rapport qualité prix très très décevant !
Pros:

L’emplacement, Accueil sympa et très bon jus de pastèque de bienvenu

Cons:

-Notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée de tout notre séjour (nous avons séjourné 3 nuits)
-Nous avons dû demander pour que nos linges qui ne séchaient pas soient changés !

Made my time in Gili Air a lifetime memory. I’m coming back for sure!!

Nice and clean room with comfortable bed
Helpful staff

Cons:

There is a weird smell in the bathroom, coming from outside probably.
There is no window at the bathroom and the mosquito net is broken, we had quite a few mosquitos.
Also, the surroundings around the property are not so clean, so we were walking to a different area of the island to spend our time.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming, they make it feel like home 😊 the room is really nice and spacious, everything is clean and they even give you a beach towel for your stay.
The location is great o the north side with a great beach bar and restaurant to watch sun set. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

The wifi cut out a bit if you are working but everything else is great.

Beautiful, relaxing, musical stay right on the beach
Pros:

Formosa Beach Bunglow is located right on the beach. Every morning you step outside your bunglow, walk in the sand and eat a delicious breakfast right on the oceans edge- what a perfect way to start the day!

The staff were very kind and always there and willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel like this was our home for the five days we stayed (actually six because we ended up extending a night!).

They are all very talented musicians and a lot of the time they were jamming together around the property, which created a very nice vibe to be around :)

They managed to fit in time to clean our room every day, even though we were hanging around the property a lot. Our time here was relaxing and we left feeling refreshed, sad to leave but excited to return again one day!

Cons:

Because we ended up staying a while, having a mini fridge and an electric kettle in the room would be a nice addition, especially for early risers like me who like to have coffee before the restaurant opens - but once again this was never much a problem because there was always someone up willing to pour a cup early if I needed it :)
