We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is in a prime area, with KLCC just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Our unit was located on the 53rd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially at night when the city lights came alive. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Cons:

One minor downside is the parking area, which is quite tight and can be challenging to maneuver, especially for larger vehicles. In addition, the waiting time for the lift can take quite a while at times, which is understandable for a high-rise building.

Pros:

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a great location- very short walk to KLCC and Pavillion Mall.

The bedrooms are a good size and kitchen had everything listed. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

The small table lamps in the rooms were broken/could not be connected. This would have been nice to use in the evenings instead of turning on the big lights.

dirty. as they dont clean before new guest to check in. the floor, the bed sheet, the towel, the sofa. we have to wait almost like 30+ mins for to towel to arrived & even after the staff change the new one still got stain on it. the bedsheet very smelly like someone odour 😭 once we step in the house we can smell the house smells like cigarettes & someone armpit 😭😭😭😭 the tv also not working. the floor is so dirty as people before us use shoes in house & i dont think it is muslim friendly to pray since it is not clean properly 😔

The location.

Cons:

Security issue. We had an incident on the second night. At about 10pm, a random person pressed the password and came in and demanding us out of our room. We asked the person who is he but he just kept demanding us to come out. We called the owner, they proceed to call management. The person eventually left. We didn’t feel safe and request a refund; as no longer feel safe. But instead management change us to a new unit. But when we asked lots of questions; the more we felt very fishy about management. We left.
