Pros:

Everything was great. Very nice and helpful staff.
The bed was very comfortable, the towels were great. The room was very clean. The hotel area is quiet and in a safe neighborhood.

Cons:

Some areas may need renovation, and wear and tear repairs.
No mirrors in my room (except the one in the bathroom)
I was charged %3 for using my credit card (instead of cash). I didn't know about that ahead, they explained to me that this happened because of the banks rules in Lebanon.
