Espacios comunes, servicio, la vista. Es un lugar espectacular 100% recomendado.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar. Estaba muy bien en materia prima y variedad pero las preparaciones de la cocina (omelette, huevos) no estaban tan bien ejecutadas. Distinto al restaurant que era muy bueno

The best hotel in Buzios
Pros:

It’s a beautiful boutique Hotel, located at the side of the Ferradura beach. The rooms are fantastic, the food is great, the beach is at 20 meters and the staff is absolutely fantastic

Dado o nível do hotel, a manutenção deixa a desejar, como as piscinas com pastilhas faltando (o que machucar).

Segundo o booking, todas as taxas e custos estavam incluídos no preço, mas há cobrança adicional de 10% da diária de taxa de serviço.

Dias incríveis num lugar maravilhoso
Pros:

A localização é espetacular, com uma vista deslumbrante, e todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. O restaurante também é excelente!

Cons:

Senti que talvez esteja na hora de pequenas manutenções. Por exemplo, uma torneira do chuveiro caiu quando fui usar, o espelho do banheiro já está um pouco desgastado e as toalhas de banho poderiam ser um pouco mais novas. Mas nada que desmereça a qualidade do hotel!

Pros:

Localização maravilhosa, pezinho na praia da ferradura! Colaboradores super atenciosos e prestativos. Fomos super bem recepcionadas. Hotel completo, todas as instalações das áreas comuns eram incríveis. Café da manhã também maravilhoso.

Cons:

São todas sugestões, mas nada que tenha interferido no bem estar da nossa estadia. Poderiam melhorar a decoração dos quartos. A academia precisa de manutenção. Precisa de mais cautela com os itens pessoais da hora de fazer a organização do quarto. Deixei um biquíni secando no cabide e na hora da limpeza, algum produto deve ter caído e acabou manchando.
