Upon check in service was good with no problems. The parking garage is separate but right across the street and valet is available. We were given our room cards and went straight up. The location is very close to Freemont street which was nice to go check out earlier in the evening and to gab a bite to eat. The pool is small but a nice area to hang out. Full bar which was nice and plenty of towels. Loungers surrounding the pool with plenty of additional seating in the area in front of the bar. Restrooms were very clean.
Everything was clean in our room. There was a sticky note letting us know we were placed in a room that is loud at night and if we value our sleep that we can request ear plugs. We were not there for partying in Vegas but for a family event and needed the sleep. We called the front desk to see if we could move to a different and quieter room and were told none were available during a mid week stay. They did in fact provide ear plugs to use. The bed was much softer than we like and the sheets were very scratchy. We did not have a good nights rest this night. Luckily we were only staying at this location for one night. When checking in or even when making your reservation check to be sure if your room will be near a loud location. We most likely will not stay here again.

Outside of the building had odor of urine.
Bed was not good for the frame it was in. Reminded me of getting out of a waterbed. mattress was flat on window side which made my legs come up toward my chest to get out of it. Lighting in bathroom way to dim.
Auf wunsch das Zimmer zu tauschen, wegen zu lauter Kühlanlagen vor dem Zimmer haben wir im anderen Haus eins bekommen.
Nach unserem Aufenthalt wurden uns von den 200$ Caution wurden uns 30$ berechnet, ohne Grund und Erklärung.

Bed could have been more plush. It was comfortable but could use a replacement. You could feel it was worn and getting flat.
