Fantastic place, great staff
Pros:

We stay here every time we stay in Adelaide for the night and always been great. Lock in gates at night time is a massive bonus for us as we do worry about our motorbikes and this place put has put us in easy and we know we can sleep well. I also love the room with roller. Keep the noise down for us any way. we not use to hearing cars once in a while as we live in the country

See you guys next month.

Coffee advertised available from 7am- no staff turned up until. 8am!!
Booked and paid through Booking . Com and then also charged by the motel. Still waiting for refund!!!

Appalling Accommodation - left after 30 minutes and did not return.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Would give it a minus score if I could. What's worse is this review will not allow me to add photos.

Cons:

Upon entering the room, we could not believe how uninviting it was. The room was not like the pictures that I had seen on the website when I had booked. The carpet had marks all over, there was a handle missing off the TV cabinet and there were flies flying around the room. The fridge had a shelve missing and the button to flush the toilet was broken and lifted. I actually could not believe that they would rent this room out. To top it all off when we sat down on the sofa and looked up two pairs of underpants were hanging from the pelmet of the curtains. Have emailed them twice regarding a refund and they have never replied. Yes, Paige the review was done a month after we stayed as I was waiting all that time for a response from you. As I got no response, I knew if I posted a bad review you would get in touch. And guess what it worked. Also to be clear we DID NOT get a full refund. We were refunded for 2 nights and we were booked in and paid for 3 nights accommodation.

Very budget accommodation with excellent water pressure.
Pros:

Water pressure in shower was the best. But flooded the whole bathroom

Cons:

Too draughty doors didnt seal. Other guess ruined our stay. Drunk and disorderly. Loud and the door closers were broken so thry slammed shut every time they entered their room. Traffic can be loud at times too. It needs a good tidy up the whole place. Didnt look like the photos on Bookme

Fair accommodation but wouldn't stay again due to rock hard beds/ pillows and noise from traffic.
Pros:

We stayed In a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious. The rooms were of good size. The lounge room, dining and kitchen were good size. The ducted heating worked well upstairs.
The shower had excellent water pressure which is great because a lot of hotels don't have that!
Washer and dryer which was great.
Nice seating area back and front of apartment

Cons:

We arrived at 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet. We had to wait another 30 mins till the room was ready. So an hour and a half past our check in time we were finally able to get in. Thats not acceptable.
The beds and pillows were so hard, I woke in agony every hour. We stayed 4 nights. My husband and I had 4 extremely poor nights of sleep the time we were there.
The kitchen range hood was filthy and was so loud we couldn't use it.
Spider Webb's and dust on everything.
Outdated interior and all furniture 2nd hand and worn.
Although the windows were double glazed, the traffic on 2 mains roads made it hard to sleep because of cars and sirens.
No broom to sweep floors only dust pan

Pros:

Love the location , the staff are wonderful, this is our 4th stay here now and highly recommend. If staying in Adelaide its our go too.

Cons:

This stay my only issue was the party that was happening in the restaurant straight under our family room , there was alot of cheering , yelling , did go on a bit, and i did have to be awake and out the door at 5.30am , that was a bit much .

The young lady working on Saturday an Sunday was very polite and helpful with all of our questions
Pros:

The rooms where very spacious , bonus lounge in the room with the single beds. All the kitchen items we required eg: microwave, kettle and toaster. Plenty of plates and cups. Lovely big room with the queen size bed and bathroom clean and tidy.

Cons:

Everything was satisfactory
