Smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in, our room had stains on the sheets, turned the shower on and black stuff came out, painting looked molded

I cancelled - 3rd time in a row no fridge in room after requesting it specifically and photos show it.
Pros:

Location & price is good for me, but…

Cons:

Management persists in saying the room will have a fridge, and then it does not. Now 3 booking in a row. Sometimes it takes hours of reminders and wasted time, once it took two days. They DO have them, but in some rooms only, but they sell the room photo with a fridge to everyone. Guy at the desk claims to not know which rooms have fridges, and that he can’t find this out prior to the experiment of moving you to another room.
This time I asked for a refund - which he said he gave. Yet to have time to confirm.
