Emplacement exceptionnel et propreté super!
Quelle déception que d’avoir séjourné à la Maison Ste-Ursule à Québec.
Devis trompeur : «coût total» : 276$ mais finalement « montant total » : 478 $
Envoi de 9 mails tous en anglais pour des «promotions» inutiles (offre d’arriver plus tôt pour 36$ au lieu de 117$).
Arrivée : Débarcadère indisponible pour cause de travaux. Obligation de se stationner illégalement pour décharger (une prouesse dans le vieux Québec).
Stationnement de la ville SPAQ inclus dans la location, mais difficile d’accès (1ère entrée indiquée fermée).
Service à la clientèle injoignable spontanément, mais retour d’appel assez rapide.
L’employé nous dit que ce n’est pas à lui de gérer les travaux de la ville et qu’on pouvait se stationner en chevauchant le trottoir (les trottoirs du vieux Québec sont étroits et on bloque ainsi les piétons). Que pour le stationnement SPAQ fermé, qu’on devait lire préalablement TOUTES les indications envoyées par mail (parmi les 9 mails en 2 jours) pour trouver la 2ne entrée...
Départ : obligation de reprendre l’auto, de se restationner illégalement pour recharger les bagages et penser à déposer la carte de stationnement à l’appartement (sinon : frais supplémentaire de 100$)…
Le responsable du stationnement SPAQ de la ville m’avouera que la Maison Ste-Ursule est leur seul client avec lesquels ils ont continuellement des problèmes…
Accès à l’appartement par des terrasses non déblayées et encombrées de neige, voire de glace.
Appartement propre, mais très petits et peu lumineux.
Pas confortable pour un séjour prolongé (pas de véritable salon; petit divan 2 places avec télévision à moins d’un mètre dans un racoin).
Porte de chambre coulissante, donc impossible d’écouter la télévision si des enfants dorment.
Fourmis envahissantes et dévorant les mets laissés sur le comptoir, même emballés (On a dû jeter des aliments).
Facture finale difficile à avoir et ne correspondant pas au vrai montant avec des taxes d'un autre pays... Fraude ?

Great to have a stand or shelf in the bathroom to put things on. Also hooks on back if bathroom door. Would be nice to have a pen and pad of paper on desk. Also potholders for the oven and a cloth for kitchen counter.

Literally nothing. This was the perfect place to stay in QC!
Perfect location. The apartment was clearly renovated very recently. Everything is brand new, although not terribly durable. The beds were very comfortable and the heat worked very well. The shower was nice too - we did not run out of hot water. For those wondering from a previous review - there is still some work going on in another apartment, but we just heard a bit of hammering during the day. It wasn't bad at all.
The property was not as clean as I would have liked - I found hair on my pillowcase, so I'm not sure they changed the sheets. The stairs to get up to the apartment were treacherous in the snow. No one had properly cleaned them off. There were no dressers in the bedrooms (just a coat rack in each), so we couldn't find anywhere to put our clothes.
