Clean, cheap but very leceh.
Pros:

It is central and quite near most amenities. It has a lot of parking slots. It is a busy place. It looks presentable and value for money. The bathrooms are clean and cleaning products are made available. As well as toilet paper.

Cons:

Firstly, their communications are abysmal. It is shocking how completely apathetic they can be about people needing to plan in advance. They only provide details at their convenience. They never apologise and expect customers to understand their style of communications.
They expect you to send photos of your identity card over the What's App, this was very unnerving.
The information for the check in arrives exactly before checking in. This is because they have an code access system. There are 3 codes to access, the entry to the accomodation, the access to the unit where the room is and finally the room itself. We are talking about 4 to 6 digit codes. As there are shared bathrooms, you probably have to take your phone to the toilet.
The bed was rickety for room 310, it squeaked. Sheets seemed clean and towels were decent. Bare minimum in the room, a side table and hooks on the door. The electrical sockets may/may not work especially UBS points.

Centrally located place with easy check-in.

Cons:

Not ideal for light sleepers due to poor soundproofing. You can hear some noise from adjacent rooms, including occasional snoring, as well as noise from passing cars. There are also only two shared toilet facilities serving six rooms. No TV and room table.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel provided good privacy, and the facilities were complete and convenient. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, and I definitely feel that it was worth the price. I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
