Cons:

Arrived late, was told it was not a problem, got an envelope at reception with instructions to access the room.
When I got there, there was already someone in the room. It was quite creepy and scary for the both of us.
Apparently they overbooked, and here I was, at 11:30pm with nowhere to sleep in Fort Lauderdale.
