Néanmoins, le sejour etait fort agréable, le logement etait très spacieux et propre

Le logement était spacieux, propre. Le personnel etait agréable et disponible.
La vue étais incroyable

Cons:

Je m’attendais a ce que le petit déjeuner soit en libre service, un peu comme un buffet.
Ça faisait vraiment restaurant, avec des menus deja préparer. Et en plus il y avait que le café et le chocolat chaud je crois de compris. 7,14$ un jus d’orange . Je trouve que c’etait un peu excessif

Ja viagem algumas vezes para Miami, e essa foi a hospedagem da melhor localização que ja fiquei, hotel top, realemnte um dos melhores que ja fiquei, mas o custo beneficio ficou abaixo do normal, mas muito bom, pisicna boa, academia 24h, restaurantes bons proximos
tinhamos tudo perto la, o carro ficou mais no estacionamento mesmo, alias tem estacionamento publicos que custa metade do valor a diaria do lado do hotel, unico problema que pelo QR code nao conseguimos acessar para pagar, melhor é baixar o APP e cadastrar por la

estacionamento 75 dolares... mais gojetas ne, restaurante que é conveniado ao hotel, comida boa, mas custo beneficio muito abaixo, caro e vinha pouca comida, fora que tinhamos desconto e quando fomos pagar a garçonete falou que tinhamos que ter avisado que eramos do hotel....
foi nossa Lua de mel, avisei antecipado ao hotel, realmente esperei um mimo, que de verdade... é o minimo para esse tipo de hotel, nao tivemos NADA disso
piscina era otima na verdade, problema que nao poderiamos levar comida ou bebidas (nem nossa garrafinha de agua) para la, tinhamos que cossumir tudo pelo bar da piscina, e em dollar... doi muito kkkkk

Lage war gut , öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen , Frühstück war gut aber Getränke außer Wasser und Kaffee aufpreispflichtig

Cons:

Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage - im Bad kaum Möglichkeiten sein Handtuch zu trocknen - Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut

La localisation de l’hôtel et le confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Aucun service de nettoyage de chambre proposé de base.
L’hôtel m’a facturé 113 dollars sans aucunes raison apres mon départ en disant que je suis parti en retard alors que je suis parti un jour plus tôt.

Pros:

Das Familienzimmer war groß und sauber, die Aussicht und der Pool im 9. Stock spitze. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fahrservice hat wirklich gut funktioniert! Es liegen viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, der Hafen ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Security am Eingang und Pool.

Cons:

Am Pool musste man mit Karte zahlen, konnte die Getränke nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben. Die Fahrt zum Beach-Abschnitt des Hotels kostenpflichtig als Gast.

Location was good.
Siri in the catering team was the best staff we encountered. She was lovely , polite and kind to us.

Cons:

The room was dirty on arrival. Despite asking for cleaning 3 days after, the room still remained dirty with a few things cleaned. On arrival our supplies appeared not to be replenished despite having four residents in the room. Staff welcome was not great. We felt we were left by ourselves. Only one toilet roll was supplied for 4 people for 4 days. Not friendly atmosphere and some communication issues when we asked for help with non English speakers. One would assume that in such a place at least staff should have basic English communication skills.
