Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal, amplitud de la habitación, el cuarto de baño y el aire acondicionado/calefacción, además de la comodidad de la terraza y de los armarios.

Cons:

Los horarios de restauración, sobre todo para desayunos, eran muy poco flexibles. Tener que madrugar en vacaciones es poco factible. Además, la media pensión no incluía la bebida durante las cenas, cosa que nos sorprendió, así como los precios elevados de la misma. La carta podría ser algo más amplia y variada.

En la habitación habíamos preferido cama doble y no dos camas individuales. La caja fuerte estaba demasiado alta y el check out nos ha parecido algo forzoso, pues tan sólo nos retrasamos media hora y ya nos abrió la puerta el personal de limpieza preguntando.

El agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría y no hemos conseguido dar con el pool service que aparecía en los QR de la azotea.

Excellent I have been many times and I’m returning in 7 days time

Great facilities
Amazing staff

Cons:

The only thing I would improve are the facilities in the suite. Not enough glasses, bowls etc. no toaster & not enough hangers in the wardrobes
