Their rooms are supper clean.
As much as we expected Lesotho to be cold, aircon, electric blanket and the place was just warm not forgetting the friendly staff

Breakfast was good

Cons:

I was charged extra R800 for double booking which I did not do/ confirm. I only got one confirmation and I was told to cancel that confirmation as they have another confirmation on their side. Reception lady said I was sent a email but it not receive any email to confirm/ cancel that double booking. I feel like it was done deliberately to get extra cash from me. And we needed that money for that holiday.

The stuff was very hospitable and helpful when we needed our hot water to be fixed.

The staff, especially the security and receptionist were friendly. The premises are clean, room is well kept and value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have a little more variety. In a room of 2 people, there were less items on the tea stations (sufficient for only 1 person)

The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

The rooms have no air conditioning. The old school heater barely did anything to keep the room warm. The bed was quite hard, it was funny actually 😅
