The hotel need some renovation and they also need to hire a plumber

The kettle was not working
Bad food when requesting the food to the room but when we ate at the restaurant it tasted better

I loved everything about the place except for the fact that hot water ran out in the morning and we couldn’t shower prop

Lovely stay at Mountain View hotel
Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly her name is Matshidiso and made our stay so easy as me and my sisters needed to be close to each other and that happened, the security guys also were also friendly. We had a lovely stay and we were warm

Zu laut, auch nachts. Eine bestätigte Buchung von uns wurde von Seiten des Hotels dann doch wieder storniert. Es kam heraus das es dort ein großes Meeting gab mit Regierungsabgeordneten, da mussten wir zurückstecken

Great place, very friendly helpful staff

Delightful staff, very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room, hot water and wifi. Thanks for a great stay!

Cons:

There was a function on at the time and food took a long time in the restaurant so just go early and be ready for that. :)
