CLEANING:

Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

Calidad precio perfecto
Pros:

El apartamento daba hacia la carretera y no tuvimos ningún ruido molesto por la noche, tampoco pasamos calor (primera semana de septiembre). La habitación muy amplia y camas cómoda (dos camas individuales juntas), el lavabo también muy amplio.
Tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.
Te dejan un kit de pastillas lavavajillas+ jabón platos+estropajo+bayeta.
Fuimos con nuestra mascota y te dan un kit de bolsitas para recoger la caca + botella + sábana

El horario zona azul es de 9-13 y de 15-20,.por lo que no nos hizo falta reservar parking con el apartamento

Cons:

Estuvimos muy agusto pero por poner algo...el armario podría tener baldas para poner la ropajes

Me decepcionó mucho que las vistas eran literalmente un muro, al abrir la ventana, sorpresa! Solo se veía un muro y esforzándote mucho un trocito de cielo, por eso NUNCA me volveré a hospedaje en la Mercería.

la atención, excelente, nos atendió Julieta en la recepción, y fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos resolvió todas las dudas y nos dio una atención muy buena!

Buena ubicación. Muy económico (septiembre) y con lo necesario. Las camas bastante cómodas.

Cons:

Estaba bastante limpio en general pero en el baño encontramos restos de pasta de dientes y la persiana del salón tenía muchísimo polvo.
Da a una carretera concurrida, por tanto, hay bastante ruido por la noche pero como no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventiladores era la única manera de estar "frescos"

Vacaciones en el Tarter
Pros:

El apartamento estaba muy bien,con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días,muy tranquilo y no habia ruidos estaba limpio y lo mejor tener una tele en la habitación volveremos sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Las plazas del parking son muy pequeñas si vas en temporada alta y esta lleno te las ves canutas para aparcar debido a tantos pilares de haberlo sabido hubiéramos aparcado afuera.
Un horno no hubiera estado mal para hacer alguna pizza por la noche a mi hijo.Nos toco un apartamento que la ventana daba a un callejón y daba justo a la vecina de enfrente no podíamos abrir las cortinas.
