Toilet is too small.
Great location and good AC in the room. Comfy bed and super friendly staff. Organised a few trips and lunch reservations no trouble!
At price point nothing and based on being a comfortable Room for nights rest all good. No additional amenities bar, breakfast etc so if you are after something at your hotel stay elsewhere.

Right in centre of old town, very lively nice room ,staff very nice
Had balcony but because we are old there was a big step to get out there ,we moved to a room with a better access balcony,room has air con TV utube netflix,they gave us 20 pound back because of balcony and a paid taxi to cat ba for us ,they did everything they could to help.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the extremely friendly staff to the location. I even got private car to the airport offered. I extended my stay here for an extra night also. Perfect.

La salle de bain peu pratique, assez petite et sans paroi de douche / beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit (chambre mal isolée) et la chambre bien qu'idéalement décorée, est un peu abîmée par endroit

For practical review, it’s noisy from water pumping machine at 502. However, it is not all the time but it was not comfortable in early morning while others using toilet.
