Pros:

Ground Floor

Cons:

Basic accommodation for £100 a night. Only one socket to charge phones. This was by the kettle. The coffee sachets x2 where hard and should have been replaced. The sugar was also hard and couldn't be used. Only one teaspoon. However, staff where lively and friendly.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable. Beer and food in restaurant very good. Location offers good access to Northamptonshire and the Cotswolds.

Cons:

There is a £50 damage waiver for booking com customers, which proved to be very slow to refund after checkout. Up to 3 working days to return to customer account is in my opinion too long and could potentially place some guests in financial hardship.

Good value for money, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Location & breakfast was good

Cons:

Staff could have been more welcoming, they seemed understaffed & stressed. But overall stay was good value for money

Hotel lovely, Breakfast disappointing.
Pros:

Always enjoy staying at this hotel , it’s clean and the staff in the hotel are lovely.

Cons:

The rooms could do with air conditioning, it was boiling in the room, a fan was provided but you had to stand right in front of it to feel a slight breeze.
We paid for breakfast but there was nothing left on the continental section only cereal and a bit of fruit. When people were asking if there was any more supplies in the back a tall young girl just said there’s nothing left, in a moody manner. I could understand there being nothing left if there was only 15 minutes till the end of breakfast service but there was still an hour and half left.

Cons:

Only 1 plug socket, and nowhere near the bed. Some staff were very friendly, some not. Breakfast was a disappointment (no croissants or pastries).
