The bed was broken, the bathroom was dirty, when i opened the curtains the net curtains fell down on top of me. I’m disappointed with this hotel.
The Room was superb and the bed was amazingly comfortable - had a fab night's sleep. Kaz who was working in the morning was so friendly and attentive and was a real star.
The stay was great .everything was fine ..
Bin wasn't empty and light had a broken switch..the room cost 78 quid ..
The room was lovely and large. I looked out through trees to the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I guess it was further out of town than I realised. I had a car so that didn’t matter but walking distance to NorthHampton would have been good.
Didn't have breakfast and the location met all expectations.
Nothing - all was fine with the accommodation, cleanliness and staff etc
Clean and good value for money
A little impersonal and it’s like the old-fashioned layout in the rooms
nice cooked breakfast, and good carvery
cooked breakfast could have been a bit hotter, hot water for coffee was not hot enough
carvery could have been hotter
Shower tray showing age
Value for money
Maybe it wasn’t the nicest of surroundings but it was perfect for what we wanted
Clean Comfortable and convenient for work
Nothing
Bed was too soft.
No tea bags in room
This old premier inn has been taken over by Green King, sadly not run as well.
The £50 per room deposit after paying £500 up front for the rooms was a little off putting, especially when told that the hotel had had drug use and rooms vandalism previously made us wonder what kind of place we had chosen to stay!
The Restaurant was loud music, full of screaming children and little staff attending to customer needs, we were told we had the table for and hour and a half only, and then we would have to leave, great customer interaction, not!
Excellent carvery and just what we needed re accommodation
Great location for work.Staff Great.Room clean and the bed to die for after a long day at work.
Thank you to all.
It is in a very pleasant situation when in the room it was quiet and the beds were comfortable everything you would expect was supplied
I cannot think of anything
