Pros:

Camerele au un miros învechit, precum și mobilierul. Se poate îmbunătăți asta. Baia a fost mică, dacă făceai duș, ulterior nu mai puteai folosi pentru ca era umed pe jos. Micul dejun cam slăbuț, puține opțiuni. Am apreciat personalul, ne-au dat chiar apă pentru plecare.

Pros:

Были 1 ночь с мужем, проездом.
1) наличие парковки - удобно взять что-то с машины
2) наличие ресторана - было приятно с дороги покушать
3) Мега приветливый персонал весь (рецепшин, ресторан, завтрак)
4) благодарны за комплименты по еде, когда приехали и водичку в дорогу, когда уезжали
5) выезд был в 12:00 - это большой плюс

Cons:

Ретро стиль)))
Не могу назвать это минусом. Мы видели, что выбирали ;)

Otelin konumu merkezede havaalanina da yakın şehirde gezip dolastiktan sonra doganin içinde kus seslerinin olduğu bir otelde dinlenmek oldukça keyifliydi.Calisanlarda oldukça guleryuzlu ve yardimseverlerdi.Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler bize.Ihtiyac anında hep birini bulmak mümkün yardim icin Kahvaltı guzel ama biz turkiyede bol cesite alışkın olduğumuz icin biraz zayıf geldi ama yeterli.Otelde ayrıca akşam yemeği barbekü içecek birseyler de var ve fiyatları gayet makul. Tekrar Bulgaristana gelirsem eğer kalacak yer olarak seçeceğim ilk tercihim olur.

Cons:

Sadece kahvaltı bana zayıf geldi ancak anladığım kadarıyla kültür ile alakalı kahvaltı.Yani turkiyedeki gibi çeşit yok beni en cok üzen zeytinin olmamasiydi😀

Pros:

Best hotel for a layover in Sofia, it's close to the Sofia Ring, ample parking places and offers coffee with amazing view. Limited breakfast options, but the food is of good quality and nothing beats the panoramic view of the city during breakfast. The room is spacious and well equipped. Staff is nice, you can get along with English, they offer complimentary bottles of water when you leave.

Cons:

Sometimes the room has a slight scent of tobacco (like if the cleaning crew smoked a cigarette during cleaning), but nothing that can't be resolved with a good airing. The kitchen staff is very nice, but don't know English very well, although that usually doesn't cause major issues.

Pros:

Veoma ljubazno osoblje, dobili smo apartman bez obzira što smo platili double room. Zbog ovoga ćemo se sigurno vratiti. Apartman ima king size krevet koji je izuzetno udoban i na kom smo se lepo odmorili pred nastavak puta.

Great option for transit. We stayed there one night on our way to Greece.
Pros:

The hotel had very spacious rooms, we booked an apartament and were impressed. The pool and the playground were nice for the kids.

Roberto was very kind and helpful and took very good care of us.

Cons:

The breakfast is not buffet, but a la carte.

Charming hotel close to the city center via public transportation. Very nice atmosphere for coffee/dinner by the pool.The kids also enjoyed a swim! The food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Lovely 2 night stay, young couple from UK
Pros:

Lovely 2 night stay, we arrived late at night after a long flight and the staff were very welcoming, parking our hire car was super easy with parking on site. Very clean hotel and great amenities, the pool was very clean. The bar was 24hrs with lovely location, bedroom with great balcony views. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend. Short drive into Sofia centre and easily available taxis if needed

Paradise surrounded by nature and offering splendid views
Pros:

This hotel is a paradise for those who love peace & quiet as well as nature. The views from the hotel are truly beautiful, especially from the panorama restaurant hall on the 3rd floor. The pool is great to cool down too.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little better but the staff is very attentive and kind at all times.
