Our establishment is open from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30

Outside of reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a Room Vending Machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.

To do this, take your booking number and credit card for payment, then let yourself be guided on the screen.

The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door of the hotel lobby if applicable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Hôtel fonctionnel dans la périphérie bordelaise
Pros:

L'emplacement très pratique. Hôtel fonctionnel.

Cons:

Propreté du couloir menant au chambre peut etre améliorée. Sinon, ceci est tout à fait indépendant de l'hôtel mais nous avons été évacués à 2h30 du matin à cause des incendies. Notre nuit fut de courte durée avec un réveil en urgence. Impossibilité de tester le petit déjeuner également.

Bon, mais gâché par livraison nocturne

Accueil agréable et serviable.
Chb très correcte, propre, bonne insonorisation.
Engagement écologique.

Cons:

Le camion de livraison à 1h24 du matin (Bip du camion qui recule, et bruits +++ pour descente palette).
J'aurais apprécié pouvoir être dépannée en serviette hygiénique (pourquoi pas une boîte à l'accueil au cas où), merci à l'hôtesse d'accueil qui m'a dépannée personnellement.
