Beautiful setting.
Comfortable room, excellent shower.
Friendly staff.
Waiting for drinks.
Food was ok.
Good visit, good food. Menu a bit limited.
Excellent
Wait to be seated signs but no staff in attendance
Have stayed here several times for work and always a great stay. Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly team and very nice meal in the restaurant in the evening!
Nothing really. It was a pretty warm evening and with no air con, it was pretty warm in the room. But there was a fan provided, which helped!
The setting was stunning, rooms clean, staff very efficient and helpful.
Some parts of the room looked a bit tired.
The food tasted good and had been carefully cooked. The breakfast sausages were paricularly delicious.
Can't remember.
Prachtige locatie bij de rivier. Meer dan genoeg parkeerplaatsen en mooi wandelen langs de rivier.
Ontvangst mag wat vriendelijker.
Very good friendly service in the restaurant and comfortable bed allowed sound sleep
The location is excellent - even in the cold and wet weather
nothing
The staff are lovely very friendly and welcoming.
No plug socket next to bed but the staff gave us a extension lead.
River location
Overpriced hotel that is in desperate need of a revamp.
Shabby room suit that is tired. Uncomfortable bed.
Dirty windows which you paid for river view and couldn’t see through because of condensation. Shower tray that flooded the bathroom floor making it dangerous.
Additional pillows that had blood spots on.
Plug sockets that don’t work. A hairdryer that wouldn’t blow a match out and kept cutting out because of dangerous electrics. TV had a mind of its own. 2 hours waiting for 2 burgers for dinner. The list goes on. Feel staff have been told to “fob guest off with excuses and carry on”
