Pros:

Great location, other part of the staff was really helpful, room was really good, the breakfast had lots of options and the view really nice

Всё, выше всяких похвал. Класс отеля люкс соответствует классу отеля люкс.
Pros:

Все отлично, чистота, приветливость, дружелюбие, тактичность персонала. Придраться не к чему. из-за отсутствия забронированного вида из окна, повысили класс обслуживания.

Cons:

За повышение класса обслуживания пришлось доплатить, и почему то отдельно добавили налоги, хотя в бронировании было указана цена с учетом сборов и налогов. Думаю персонал BOOKING.COM решит проблему.

Fantastisch hotel met heerlijke kamers bijzonder prettig personeel en super faciliteiten.
Pros:

de kamers zijn perfect. De gastvrijheid van al het personeel is subliem en de restaurants zijn top!

Vorsicht ! Nicht empfehlenswert , meiden Sie das Shangri - La als Europäer .
Pros:

Schöne Lage , Shangri- La Style , Pompös und geräumige Standard Zimmer .

Cons:

Das Personal am Check in ist völlig unqualifiziert , kaum der englischen Sprache mächtig , was ich für ein internationales 5 Sterne Hotel als Standard erwarte . Der Check in hat ewig (fast eine Stunde) gedauert . Ich habe 3 Zimmer um eine Nacht verlängern wollen und bezahlt . Ich habe meinen American Express Platinum als Sicherheit hinterlegt . Am Mittag vor der Verlängerung hat man unsere Angestellte quasi aus dem Zimmer geworfen und Ich selbst erhielt einen Anruf , das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen . Nach dem ich den Anrufer aufgeklärt hatte das wir verlängert haben , schaute er in seinem System und entschuldigte sich es wäre ein Versehen . Dummerweise bin ich nach einer Nacharbeit erst um 6 ins Bett gegangen und man hat mich um 13.20 Uhr mit diesem Anruf geweckt .
Der Spaß ging am selben Abend noch weiter im hauseigenen japanischem Restaurant als ich die Rechnung auf mein Zimmer schreiben wollte ca 100$ . Dort sagte man mir ich hätte nicht genügend Deposit und müsse bar oder mit Kreditkarte bezahlen .
Ich zahle ca 1200 $ pro Nacht für die Zimmer .
Ich erwarte eine Rückerstattung von einer Nacht für alle drei Zimmer . Übernachten und ausschlafen geht definitiv anders . Ich werde die Direktion von Shangri La anschreiben .
Ich bin diesen jämmerlichen Standard von einer angesehenen Hotelkette nicht gewohnt .
Die booking Direktorin hat sich persönlich bei uns entschuldigt und mir 15 % Nachlass auf eine Übernachtung angeboten sowie ein Upgrade in eine Suite für den nächsten Aufenthalt womit ich nicht einverstanden bin .

Pros:

В отеле нравится всё, поэтому в нём всё время останавливаюсь, когда приезжаю на выставку. Завтрак разнообразный, с лихвой стоит тех денег , что за него берут. Отличные бассейны внутри и снаружи отеля.

Very good, very recommendable.
Pros:

Rooms are quite large, staff is awesome, view is great, location is 9/10 - depending on what you're there for. If you go to the Canton Fair - there's no better hotel. If you want to visit central Guangzhou, then there might be better placed hotels.

Cons:

Everything is a little dated, you can tell it's not a new hotel. But all things having a little character is not necessarily a bad thing.
