Pros:

Special thanks to the staff that helped us go above and beyond . We forgot one luggage suitcase at the airport the the staff all tried and helped us to get it back special thanks to the reception team and concierge team infusing Mr James zhan .

Pros:

A bit old school. But rooms are decent size.. the restaurants are good esp when one is a vegetarian and also allergic to mushrooms!

Cons:

There was some confusion on whether breakfast was paid for. Thought had paid, however it was not included. On day 1 the manager of the restaurant ran out and caught us while we were getting into our car to pay for breakfast, this is after we were staying for 2 more nights and also had given a additional deposit for any expenses! A bit embarrassing like we were running away. Other than that all ok

What a magnificent stay that exceeded our expectations! The hotel provided high-quality services in the form of a relaxing stay in spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with a fantastic view of the city and the river, an exceptional and delicious offer of various dishes in the restaurants, well-maintained and modern swimming pools with a stunning tropical garden, as well as always available warm and helpful staff... so that during our nine-day stay we felt a sincere welcome. We enjoyed everything!

Beautiful well located hotel. Superb staff, breakfast and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Superb hotel. Perfectly located for easy walking access to the Canton Fair complex. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great, but a bit busy on show days.

The concierge manager, Mr. Adam, is a helpful man and very respectful. I really loved this hotel because of Mr. Adam

During my stay from July 3 to July 8, the outer swimming pool was out of service. I understand that it was due to the weather conditions and some ongoing maintenance work

Pros:

I liked a good location, varied European and Asian breakfast, super buffet dinner with a variety of fish, seafood, and meat dishes, and a good pool.

Cons:

I left a T-shirt in my room and contacted the hotel that same day, but they couldn't find it. This really cast a very-very shadow over my stay. Hotels ought to keep track of left-behind items. The staff speaks poor English.
