host not response on whatsapp many time call and whatsapp but not response and its not philippines number its outside Philippines number we many tiem mesage but no reply final we lucky we tell lush residence then they contact them and then finally they tell us they mesaage us in booking com we not check in booking but if they proivde contact number they should response on whatsaap or call if we not tell them maybe we need cancel booking and we already pay for room advance

The unit (1225) for Henry and Emmie has the following issues: (1) Kitchen drain is clogged (2) TV Remote needs new battery, (3) the portable clothes steamer was not working properly, (4) needs paper towel, etc.

Bathroom can be a bit smelly
The location is good. Near shops and Phamacies. Hosts are very responsive. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Bed are comfortables and the Balcony view is amazing.
