Overall a good hotel, new nice and clean
Pros:

New hotel, very clean. The room was spacious (we stayed at the King suite room)

Cons:

Half of the sheets are synthetic and not cotton (I saw the sparks in the dark). Also just sheets instead of a proper duvet cover was super uncomfortable.
I requested in my reservation note to make the sofa bed kit I got the responses only that they “keep extra sheets and blankets in the room for guests”.
The breakfast was mediocre, mostly bread or waffles, no eggs or sausage.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Big clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. There were several restaurants nearby.

Great property and very accommodating staff.
Pros:

The property was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had great amenities.

The staff were super friendly, and the property was clean.

Cons:

The design and engineering was very poor. My room was directly above the fire pit out front, and there were guests hanging out and shouting until 11:30pm. Those same guests left their kids unattended throughout the hotel. They were screaming and running through the hallways at 7am, and 11pm. Though the extremely rude and inconsiderate parents are not the hotels fault, the non-existent noise cancellation/barriers are. For the price I paid and the distance travelled, I wish I had gotten to sleep in the comfort of my hotel room.
