Breakfast was good. I think the breakfast is more directed towards Asian cuisine. They still have a lot of options though.
The staff is very friendly and respectful. Especially the ones working in the breakfast room, very quick and helpful.
The view from reception onto all the apartments is really nice. 10+ for who thought of designing it that way. I would recommend to make a nice picture there with your partner / friends, etc.
The pool is nice as well, a bit low, but still good to swim in.
The rooms are quite dated I would say. Refreshing the rooms with new outlets, interior and looking at some broken stuff is probably a good hint for the future.
I still think the hotel is decent. Bali is not cheap, so in this price point, you sometimes have to accept what you get.

Staff were kind and accommodating. Restaurants were wonderful. Rooms were fantastic. Very tranquil.
Stayed for a week, which seemed longer than most people stayed generally. The staff began to recognise us and regularly ask about our trip and give recommendations.
In the evenings if you are in the south building, you can see monkeys in the forest behind the hotel from the balcony.
5 min motorbike ride from downtown nusa dua.

Personeel overal heel aardig.
Je mag je handdoeken en badkleding niet op het balkon hangen, daar staat zelfs een boete op. Vies, want natte handoeken in een kamer met airo drogen niet en gaan stinken.
Je mag geen eten en drinken op de kamer hebben. Bij aanwijzingen hiervoor -> ook boete
Je krijgt 2 vreselijk kleine flesjes water per dag, niet eens de helft van wat een volwassene zou moeten drinken. Combineer dat met geen eigen drinken op de kamer en een ongevulde minibar...? Heel vreemd en ongastvriendelijk.
De gym is goed maar maar open tot 1000 sochtends. Ik ben er 3 dagen achter elkaar geweest. Wel vreselijk muffe lucht. Geen handdoeken, alleen miniscule gastenhanddoekjes. De wasmand daarvoor is in de drie dagen niet één keer geleegd.
Uitzicht op niks - asfalt met gaten erin en een supermarkt
Het hotel ligt wat verder van het centrum en de stranden vandaan.
In mijn kamer was alles verouderd. Deur vd douche ging niet open. Er kwam iemand voor. Daarna ging hij voor de helft open.
Badmeubel en assecoires zijn oud en overal laat het fineer ervan los.
Ben in elk verblijf naar de spa gegaan maar hier niet - was echt vreselijk duur.

Orchid cafe wasn’t open, some of the other facilities felt empty except during breakfast. Why is it quiet?
La piscina, la comida espectacular y la atención del personal, son muy serviciales y amables.
La ubicación. No es culpa del hotel, pero realmente no hay nada de interés cerca. Y no considero que sea un hotel de 5 estrellas. Y el colchón de la cama se hundía, no fue cómodo. Y se nota el deterioro del edifico en algunos puntos, terrazas etc

Большие номера. Чистый и большой бассейн, лежаков достаточно. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. На ресепшен все проблемы решались быстро и оперативно. Бесплатный проезд на пляж и в ТЦ. Ежедневная качественная уборка в номере.
