Insgesamt ein überwiegend positives Erlebnis, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Futian, dennoch ruhig gelegen bzw. auch im Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße/Stadt kein störender Verkehrslärm wahrnehmbar. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und WC. Sauber. Nur wenige Schritte zur Metro-Station - diese ist gleichzeitig Zugang zu einer kilometerlangen, weitverzweigten (und kühlen!) unterirdischen Welt aus Shops, Restaurants, uvm. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück von asiatisch bis kontinental. Witzige Serviceroboter, die selbständig Aufzug fahren und Dinge auf die Zimmer bringen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist zweifellos hochwertig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Was mich sehr gestört hat, war der feucht-muffige, weinkellerartige Geruch im Zimmer, vermutlich von der Klimaanlage ausgehend, der sich auch nach zwei Wochen nicht gebessert hat. Das darf auch aus hygienischen/gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht sein! Die Hotellobby hat zwei Bereiche, einen wenig gemütlichen "kostenlosen" und einen größeren, gemütlichen, in dem man relativ bald etwas konsumieren muss. Etwas ärgerlich, wenn man nach einer langen Anreise auf die Freigabe des Zimmers wartet und einfach nur ein wenig entspannen möchte.

Hotel confortável e nível internacional
Pros:

O hotel possui uma infraestrutura excelente, equipe muito bem preparada, quartos espaçosos e academia também muito bem equipada. O café da manhã é internacional e comporta todos os tipos de necessidade.

Cons:

A localização é um pouco distante dos principais centros comerciais, restaurantes e locais turísticos. As vias em torno são avenidas largas e que impossibilitam quem goste de caminhar, como foi o meu caso.

Pros:

The hotel is right on top of the famous 崗廈北站 and an underground shopping mall with HK style restaurant and our beloved Lin Lee. Hotel staff were very helpful letting us experience the robot delivery to our room. They also placed a latex pillow in my room before I checked in. Also, they allowed us to check out an hour late. All very helpful.
