Categories
Cleanliness
8.1
Many guests praised cleanliness (clean, modern, well maintained) but several reports of unclean rooms, a ceiling leak being fixed, and at least one report of no hot water — mixed but generally positive with some notable negatives.
Service
9.1
Staff repeatedly described as efficient, responsive, super nice and airport pickup staff delightful; one front desk went out of their way when rooms were delayed despite understaffing — overall strong service sentiment.
Location
9.4
Dominant positive theme: repeatedly noted as close to the airport, convenient to rental car return and right off the highway — excellent location for short stays/overnight before flights.
Room Quality
8
Mixed: comfortable beds and familiar layouts for many, but some called rooms mediocre, noisy (neighbors after 10:30pm) and reported issues like no hot water — generally adequate for short stays with occasional problems.
Amenities
8.9
Amenities cited positively: reliable shuttle, workout room, late checkout and on-site food; however breakfast access/clarity was sometimes confusing — generally good amenities for an airport hotel.
Value for Money
7.2
Several guests found the hotel pricey or 'not worth the money', with complaints about breakfast cost and overall price vs. experience — value is a weaker area.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Mixed/negative: multiple comments about expensive or confusing breakfast, limited beverage options, and one report of restaurant closing earlier than advertised; a few guests liked the restaurant, but overall F&B is inconsistent.
Overall Experience
9
Overall many guests said it met their needs for short stays, recommended for pre-flight overnight stays and praised staff and location; some disappointments (cleanliness, value, noise) reduce universality but the hotel performs very well for its intended purpose.
