Arrivée sur place chambre non faite. Lit défait, toilettes utilisées.

A quel moment on paye une prestation de plus de 600euros pour 3 nuits pour avoir un service aussi mauvais ???????

On a passé du temps au telephone pour quon s'occupe de nous pour qu'on sois écoutés

Pas de suivi client et heureusement qu'on sait se débrouiller en espagnol.

Rien pour nous aider. Ce n'est pas seulement que la chambre n'était pas faite. C'est que ce serait il passé si des choses avaient été cassées ??????? Qui aurait payé ????

C'est juste lamentable ce quil c'est passé. Fini booking fini stay unique

I have been to Malaga many times and will be in the future but I will avoid them.

it was full of ants!!!

Although they made me pay 25 euro additional fee from booking so “ they can clean the room for our arrival” Never have I heard of such thing.
The toilet was dirty and the shower cabin was full of hair, I insisted in changing the towels after 2 days when they also cleaned the bathroom. They had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Fijn verblijf, centraal gelegen tegen centrum aan.
Pros:

Leuk ingericht appartement met locale kleuren. Airco aanwezig en praktisch ingerichte keuken.

Cons:

Geen mogelijkheid raam open te doen om frisse lucht naar binnen te krijgen. Raam kwam uit op centrale plaats waar andere gasten ook lopen.

Leek geweldig maar al met al geen aanrader als je zelf geen nachtbraker bent.
Pros:

Mooi gebouw, prachtige tegels patio trappenhuis en ook in appartement, vlak bij centrum

Cons:

Veel lawaai vanuit de straat en wij sliepen dus aan de voorkant. Verder moesten we €25,- extra betalen “mandatory appartement protection” anders kregen we geen code voor de voordeur of appartement.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Restaurant, ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt - gute Auswahl. Die Bedienung dort war sehr nett.
Der Selfcheck in hat super funktioniert.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer bzw. Apartment im Erdgeschoss ohne Tageslicht. Das war der einzige „persönliche“ Kritikpunkt.
