Central Hotel but away from the Myeondong chaos
Pros:

central location; airport bus stops right in front of hotel; there is cafe & convenience store within the facility; room gets cleaned everyday & water replenished

Cons:

the body wash, shampoo & conditioner don’t smell nice - it has a cigarette smell

De Lokatie en het heerlijke ontbijt. Prima conciërge die keurig een luxe taxi regelde naar de luchthaven voor 100.000 won.
Hotel om zeker terug te komen.

Cons:

Voor ons was dit de tweede keer in dit hotel 4 nachten verbleven we hier voor aanvang van onze trip . We waren dusdanig tevreden dat we besloten onze laatste nacht voor de terugreis hier ook te overnachten. 1 kamer was na veel aandringen pas om 17.00 uur gereed . De tweede kamer om 15.00 uur . Kamers waren vlucht kamers met balkon 1533en 1633waar je niet op kon . Beetje deprimerend donker en klein. Verder vriendelijke medewerkers waarvan een aantal nog ingewerkt moest worden. Zorg ervoor dat je geen kamers boekt 33 en 34 op welke verdieping dan ook .

Good service, great location, superb cleanliness
Pros:

Good service, English-speaking staff makes a world of difference. Location is perfect for exploring on foot.

Cons:

Width of the bed could’ve been a bit smaller to make a bit more space between the end of the bed and the window so that another luggage could open fully and comfortably

Disappointing
Pros:

Location and the consierge lady who gave excellent service

Cons:

The room was very small. In booking it said extra large bed and view that we paid extra for and the room we first got had only a queen bed and view from a very small window. We came for 6 nights and didnt have room for our suitcases and stuff. The receptionist who checked us in was not nice and when we checked out we couldnt keep using the facilities even though our flight was later on that night. We are ING club members and were very disappointed with this hotel.
