ما اعجبني ولا شيئ بالعكس كنت ابغى اجلس يومين بجدة ولكن بس خلص اليوم الاول سويت خروج ورحت فندق اخر

تجربتي مع الفندق كانت سيئة جدًا وللأسف لا تعكس حتى مستوى ثلاث نجوم.

أولًا، النظافة كانت دون المستوى، حيث وجدت حشرة غريبة داخل الغرفة وهذا أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا. كذلك الجناح الذي استلمته لا يطابق الصور المعروضة في موقع الحجز، سواء من ناحية النظافة أو الجودة، مما يعطي انطباعًا مضللًا للعميل.

ثانيًا، إجراءات تسجيل الدخول (Check-in) كانت سيئة جدًا، حيث تم تأخيري لأكثر من ساعة مع وعود متكررة غير دقيقة (نصف ساعة، ثم ربع ساعة، ثم عشر دقائق، ثم خمس دقائق)، وكل مرة يتم التأجيل بدون مصداقية. الأعذار كانت غير مقنعة، مثل انتظار موافقة المدير على الغرفة قبل تسليمها! وهذا تصرف غير احترافي. عرضهم لتعويضي بخروج متأخر ساعتين لا يعوض الضرر، لأنني حضرت بجدول محدد وتم إفساده بالكامل.

ثالثًا، تم تزويدي بسرير أطفال مكسور، ولم ألاحظ ذلك إلا بعد أن كاد طفلي أن يسقط منه، وهذا يشكل خطرًا كبيرًا. وعند طلب استبداله، أفادوا بعدم توفر بديل، ووعدوا بإرسال الصيانة، لكن لم يحضر أحد حتى الصباح.

بشكل عام، الخدمة سيئة، التنظيم ضعيف، والنظافة غير مرضية. لا أنصح بالتجربة، وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق ومواقع الحجز مثل Booking مراجعة مستوى هذا الفندق والتأكد من مصداقية الصور وجودة الخدمة.
