Pros:

كانت الإقامة جيدة جدًا. نظافة الغرفة كانت ممتازة، وتعامل طاقم العمل بدءًا من الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف وحتى طاقم حمام السباحة كان رائعًا. الجميع كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين للغاية، وقد استمتعت حقًا بإقامتي هناك.

Cons:

الشيء السلبي بالنسبة لي كان مساحة الغرفة، حيث كانت صغيرة نوعًا ما. كما كنت أتمنى توفير سجادة صلاة داخل الغرفة لأنها ستكون إضافة جيدة ومفيدة للنزلاء.

In general, a nice hotel. The restaurant needs improvement, the hotel needs renovation.
Pros:

I liked the hotel personnel. They were friendly and very helpful. The location is also good.

Cons:

The rating of 5 stars is not appropriate. The food I tried on the restaurant was not the best. The service slow, had to wait for coffee for 30 minutes. The room was small, the furniture old, the bathroom definitely in need of renovation. The windows don’t provide any noise isolation because they are very old.

How close it is from the mall.
The service requests are solved very fast.

Cons:

The furniture is old. The room is very noisy because the noice can be heard from the window.
The toilet had no shattaf then we had to request for it.

Decent value for money, good location, great buffet breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was an open buffet. Wide selection of Western and local style, eggs according to preference. Also served early to late morning so helps with one's schedule for the day. Also helpful and friendly staff led by Sama from Guest Relations.

Cons:

Nothing stands out as particularly bad.
