Pros:

- Good breakfast, although the selection is quite limited for strict vegans who do not consume eggs or dairy products

- Clean bed linen and towels

- The housekeeping ladies were also absolutely lovely and made our stay much more comfortable

- Convenient parking

Cons:

- Payment policy was HORRIBLE! It was impossible to pay the Booking.com price through Booking.com itself. You book the room for price X, but when you arrive at reception, you are told that this price is only available if you cancel your reservation and pay the hotel directly. Otherwise, they add the Booking.com commission and card processing fees on top of the price shown on Booking.com!
Trying to understand the logic behind this policy was an awful experience. Communication was especially difficult because some staff members could not explain it in English and relied entirely on ChatGPT. I kept trying to explain a very simple point: my card is already linked to Booking.com, I want to pay with that card, and the hotel already has all the necessary information. Unfortunately, this was impossible to communicate

I would not recommend booking this hotel if more professional and transparent alternatives are available!

- Smoking is prohibited only in the lobby. In all other hallways and common areas, people seem to smoke freely. As a result, cigarette smoke reaches virtually every room because some guests smoke on their balconies while others smoke directly in the corridors. This was terrible. The staff repeatedly assured us they would address the issue, but in practice they would simply ask people not to smoke at that moment, and the smoking would continue shortly afterward. If you are traveling with children or are sensitive to tobacco smoke, be aware of this!

Pros:

The property is located in a lovely Vietnamese area with lots of locals. The management of the building are always ready to assist. The property is a low rise with two lifts making it very easy to get in and out without delays. The property is well looked after with nice size rooms. I have friends living there permanently they are very happy with apartments.

Cons:

The property is located on the city of Da Nang and only a short grab ride to the beach and the more popular touristy areas, if thats your thing.

We really enjoyed our lay over stay we wish to stay longer but overall our stay here is superb!
Pros:

The room was so spacious, they have plenty of food to choose from their breakfast buffet. The staff were very accomodating and courteous.

Pros:

Big room and comfortable, city view and good natural light. Breakfast with lots of variety and good Vietnamese options but other not such a good quality. Example: omelet with lots of fast and no seasoning or taste, cold coffee (leftover?) that is reheated

Cons:

Hotel areas that seem unfinished or abandoned. Dirt in common areas like reception's sofas

For a one night stay it was exactly what we needed for a good relaxing stay.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and had such a great variety of food!

Cons:

That they didn’t tell me the water in the fridge came at an extra charge until check out.
