Un engaño

Cons:

Habíamos reservado bungalows de luxe y nos metieron en unas habitaciones donde costaba respirar por el olor a naftalina. Como habíamos pagado de más y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero y nos "compensaron" invitándonos a la cena, que fue escasa y fría, que nos dejaron debajo de una tejavana (no tienen comedor) y tuvimos que sacar una mesita de la habitación. A la mañana siguiente nos dejaron ahí mismo el desayuno sin haber retirado ni los platos ni los restos de la cena.
El lavabo desaguaba en el suelo del baño, con lo cual, mientras te lavabas los dientes te mojabas los pies

Sfeervol huisje in mooie tuin
Pros:

Leuk huisje sfeervol ingericht in een mooie tuin. Hele lieve en leuke mensen werken er. Er kan veel geregeld worden: scooter, taxi, tripjes etc.

Cons:

Weet dat ‘s ochtend ‘s om 5 uur, 3 moskeeën in de buurt het gebed doen. Ik vond het wel wat hebben maar je wordt er wel wakker van.

Pros:

We hebben genoten van onze overnachtingen bij bale sebaya. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en brachten ons bijvoorbeeld naar de watervallen en een atm. Het was een rustgevende plek en de badkamer was heel mooi, met allerlei buitenplanten.

Wonderful owner and staff and a great base to do Rinjani.
Pros:

Great staff, really enjoyed our conversations. The setting was nice away from the road within nice gardens.

Cons:

I know it’s Lombok but the Mosque was super loud.

Lieve mensen die je met alles willen helpen. Ze hebben me 2 dagen rondgeleid in de mooie omgeving, vervoer voor me geregeld en lekker eten gemaakt. De locatie is fijn en de accommodatie heerlijk met een tuintje in de badkamer

Overall, a beautiful place with wonderful hospitality, but timing your visit carefully is important.
Pros:

We stayed in this bungalow for a short time, and there were definitely many positive aspects worth mentioning. The bungalow itself was very nice and clean. It features an open-air bathroom, so you might occasionally encounter a gecko or some insects, but that’s to be expected in a natural setting. There was also air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable.
The bungalow itself is set in a lovely, well-kept garden surrounded by nature. It’s a peaceful and very picturesque place.

The host on site was an incredibly kind lady who prepared food for us and was always willing to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality was genuinely appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the end of Ramadan, which turned out to be quite challenging for us. Throughout the night, there were constant and very loud prayers broadcast from a nearby mosque, lasting roughly from 7 PM until 4 AM. While we fully respect local traditions and understand that this is an important religious period, the volume and duration made it extremely difficult for us to sleep.
The host kindly apologized, and it was clear that this situation was beyond her control. Unfortunately, after one sleepless night, we decided not to continue our stay, as we did not feel able to manage several nights without rest. We contacted Booking regarding the unused nights, and the accommodation provider handled the situation very fairly and refunded us, which we truly appreciated.
That said, we believe it would be very helpful for future guests if the property informed visitors in advance about the increased noise levels during Ramadan, especially for those who may not be aware of it as we were. The sound carries strongly due to loudspeakers, and it can feel as though it’s happening right next to you—even earplugs didn’t help much.

Pros:

The food was delicious. The staff was sooo sweet and helped us out a lot with getting around and hiring a driver to take us to Bangsal port. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it. We had such a good time. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom HUGE! 🥰

Pros:

Byli jsme zde v říjnu a zdá se mimo sezónu, takže jsme byli skoro sami, takže úplný klid. Personál byl moc milý. V ubytování je hned restaurace s dobrým jídlem za skvělé ceny.
Dokonce nám při odjezdu utrhli mango a další ovoce přímo ze stromu a udělali domácí mango chili omáčká. Spoiler opravdu to pálí.
