It’s centrally located to most everything. Very clean , the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.i have absolutely no complaints. I will stay there again on my next beach getaway.I will book the bigger room next time though.
The hotel smelled so clean as soon as you walked in the door!! And stayed cleaned all the time
Shower was great and the room was very nice and the location was great.
Beds was one has hard and the other was to soft.
Quiet, clean, spacious room, very approachable & friendly staff, quick check in, outdoor pool, free breakfast & about 0.6 mile walk to Beach Boardwalk and beach access and close to shops and restaurants. There is a guest laundry on site . Pillow and beds were comfortable.
I wish it were closer to the beach access but I didn’t mind the walk as we didn’t take a lot of gear and we were familiar with the location when we booked
Clean and spacious room.
Breakfast, seems like not real eggs- seems like made of powder... sausage wasn't fried like well done, looked white, potato didn't look fried well...took a picture. Need a better quality breakfast.

My stay near Carolina Beach was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I truly felt valued as a guest. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun beach trip, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning in the future!
The only complaint was parking, but not the hotel's fault. The other guest were not being considerate to how they parked.
The staff was so friendly and it felt like we'd known them forever. The room was nice. Next time I'd love to use the pool as it looked very inviting and we could see it from our room.
I didn't care for the eggs during breakfast.
It was a great experience with an even greater staff. The pool outside was clean with plenty of lounge chairs, some with umbrellas. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I love the fact that the shower had bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled so good. I loved the glass shower.

Only real negative was the shower. Not sure if it was isolated to our room or not, but the lack of water pressure made it hard to shower well.

The staff was GREAT!
There was a bug in room had to ask for room to be sprayed . The concierge got right on it & accommodated by spraying immediately. We had no reoccurrence of issue & other than that the stay was good , staff was very helpful & hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was good !
