Pros:

They had a working elevator, good location to the beach, 32 inches tv with lots of good channels, close non paid parking, outdoor pool. They had muffins and cereal available for breakfast with a little wait for the waffle maker.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned. The floor was dirty. There was hair in the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor by the bed and under the desk. There visibly dirty stains and long stringy hair by the air condition by the door to the bathroom and in the bathroom, there was dust on the bed board and under the bed, and there was dirt under the table. I was really not impressed after the rave reviews of the clean. It was very dusty, and it didn't appear that my room had been clean prior to me coming there. The only thing was the beds were made up, but when I pulled back the sheets there was long string of hair in the bed. There was also a stain on the bottom of the second queen bed. It looked disgusting like someone had thrown up. The bathroom shower and mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned properly. I was in room 204 so check under the mattress and bed and hopefully whoever was supposed to clean it before my stay on July 17th gets addressed

The staff was extremely pleasant and nice.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is that the washer and dryer cost $5 each, but I could appreciate the washer and dryer being there available at the facility!

I could've rested better.

The Sanitation grade was 100. I noticed that FIRST! Very impressive....

Cons:

My neighbors. The Room next to mine, 208 was very loud and noisy. Their child kept coming to my door shaking the door handle. Running up and down the aisle. Stomping for whatever reasons in their room. I did reach out to the Front Desk. And the Lady did come up to speak to them.
