Sicuramente posizione ottima, qualità dei servizi e l attenzione sul cliente super! Buffet colazione e cena molto ricco variato e ottima qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Nulla tutto perfetto, unica cosa da tener conto che a cena gli uomini devono obbligatoriamente portare i pantaloni lunghi quindi da mettere in valigia.

Un desastre la camarera mariana ,perfecto el metre David, el subdirector q está los domingos un desastre junto con la metre mujer. Q trato horrible . Querían q dejen una mesa estando todas las demás vacías porque éramos 3 y había 4 sillas . Q mal servicio tratan muy mal al cliente. 😡 horrible por el trato de la metre mujer y el director q esta los domingos no vuelvo más.ahi subo una foto de todas las mesas vacías que tenía atrás mio y me querían sacar porque estaba en una mesa de 4 sillas siendo 3 , nada de sentido común el segundo director q se dejó influenciar por la metre mujer invidiosa, amargada ella estresada , invidiosa de mi belleza.

Fue todo espectacular la verdad. La limpieza, la atención, todas las instalaciones con spa incluido (pequeño pero muy completo). El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Muy contentos con ésta elección.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es que quizás eché de menos un poco más donde elegir en la cena, cada noche había diferentes platos pero poca variedad.
Y ésto ya no tiene que ver con el hotel pero el tema del aparcamiento está complicado, el hotel está en una carretera principal y los aparcamientos están muy solicitados, aunque sí es verdad que continuamente están saliendo coches, aunque hay que estar pendiente xk tan pronto se queda libre como se ocupa.

The people who work there are very kind.

Cons:

The hotel is not exactly all-inclusive. In practice, it feels more like a full-board hotel, as only the main meals are included and there are no snacks or appetizers available throughout the day.

The drinks are okay, and there is only one beer option available.

For me, dinner was the most disappointing part. They have a system where the proteins are cooked fresh, so there is usually a queue to get a piece of beef, chicken, or fish, basically seasoned with just salt and pepper. Nothing particularly special.

The included wine comes from a machine, and I found it very watery. The salads are also pretty much the same every day. For dessert, there is usually one different option each day, while the rest consists of simple cakes that taste more like supermarket cakes, as well as ice cream.

Also, don’t expect a luxurious hotel. The facilities and common areas are quite simple.

Estancia muy tranquila, relajante y agradable, lo que buscamos.
Pros:

Piscina: No me parece correcto que se reserven las hamacas con las toallas, flotadores y juegos con pelota dentro de la piscina. El socorrista debería indicar a esas personas que no está permitido aunque teneis carteles que lo indican.

Cocktails, el spa, la carta del menú del mediodía, el personal amable

Cons:

Lo mismo que la carta del menú es muy buena, falta que varíe cada dos o tres días para que no sea tan repetitiva, también que los hombres tengan código de vestimenta llevando pantalón largo en la cena.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Leuchtturm.
Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.
Die Lage zum Leuchtturm, dem Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut.

Overall Great Experience
Pros:

MUR Hotel Faro Jandía & Spa is an absolutely wonderful hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional: the location is fantastic, right next to the beach and the lighthouse of Jandía, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the pool and relaxation areas are perfect for a peaceful holiday.
What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care and attention given to guests. You can really feel that the entire team wants every guest to have a wonderful experience and leave with beautiful memories.
We will definitely come back! We highly recommend this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Fuerteventura.

Cons:

One area that could definitely be improved is the table service during breakfast and dinner. Price of the parking
