I can't say enough good things about Hector, the manager. I had to call the hotel b/c I accidentally booked too short of a stay and I couldn't correct this online without moving rooms. He fixed my mistake and even upgraded the room. He gave us recommendations on excursions and restaurants, showed us where the market was and booked a trip to Espiritu Santo for us at a great price. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Omygosh, he also let us check out late after Viva moved our flight. The other employees were also really friendly. Lucy at housekeeping does a fantastic job!
This isn't a 5 star resort but you won't find that in town in La Paz anywhere. If you want a safe, comfortable, spacious place to stay a block off the malecon where it's nice & quiet, this is the place. Great views from the balcony and it's close to everything. Secure parking under the bldg with garage doors - not chains. There's an outdoor kitchen area by the pool with a grill, fridge, etc.
I've read complaints about dated rooms, but for this category of hotel I'd give it a 5/5.

Que por mantenimiento no tenian alberca,hacia mucho calor y pensamos en el lugar porque englobaba todo, vista bonita,habitación, distancia, alberca y si fue desánimo que no habia alberca por reparación, pero el encargado y personal muy amables

The property was clean, well kept, had an amazing staff and beautiful views.
The only possible complaint is the condo we stayed in was a bit dated. But it was clean and well kept - so it wasn’t a problem .

Bathroom drain smells
Las camas están super cómodas, las habitaciones muy amplias, el personal que nos atendió cuando llegamos ella fue muy atenta y amigable, y todos los de la recepción muy amigables. La habitación estaba muy espaciosa, y súper limpia.
Que en el anuncio de booking dice que la piscina está climatizada, pero no lo estaba.
The location was excellent. We could not have asked for better. The rooms were all facing the ocean, so it does not matter which room you have, you will see the ocean. The rooms were large and comfortable.
The AC was a loud unit, so we had to turn it off to sleep. Everyone had a fan so, we could sleep. Because of the great location, the streets can be loud, but everything stops around 10pm.
The location was perfect, close walk to so many dining opportunities, superior views and excellent host (Hector) who was informative & very helpful. Very secure parking garage was also a bonus as we traveled Baja Sur by our automobile.
I cannot in all honesty say there was anything we didn't like.

Necesita una reforma urgente. Lo que menos me gustó es que el aire acondicionado es viejo, hace mucho ruido y no se puede regular por cada habitación.

The location was wonderful. We could walk to many restaurants and the malecon. The apartment had a view of the sea. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The wifi was good and the air conditioning was also good. The staff was very helpful and very thoughtful. They answered so many questions! We also borrowed beach umbrellas and chairs and a cooler and that was so very helpful and made our beach trips wonderful!
There were a few dead moths in the room when we entered. But, we didn't see anything else after that.
This was a great property and the owner and his staff were all very helpful and kind. Will stay here again if we give back to La Paz.
Great views of the Sea of Cortez from the terrace! Close to the center of town. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. There was a nice pool also. We were 2 couples and we had enough space for all of us, including 2 bathrooms.
