I like that they have free shuttle to and from MOA. The staff are attentive.

Cons:

I did not like the room near the main area because the sound of vehicles from the outside would make it difficult to get a restful sleep at night. It seems the room is not soundproof because you would hear the sound of the water from the shower and the noise of the hair dryer coming from the next room. They should also need to check the aircon unit because of a hissing/whistling sound.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

I did not like anything at all. Not a family hotel. You will not enjoy. The staff are not friendly. The room is not clean. The room is too small for a family of 4 even if you paid for a premium room.

Cons:

The room. The staff. The parking. And the staff will not help you for the luggage. Not so friendly staff. The breakfast is not so good, not at all good.
