Pros:

Appartamento spazioso con 2 belle camere matrimoniali grandi, ognuna delle quali con balcone e tv. I letti erano molto comodi. Bella doccia. Carina la sala comune con poltrone e biliardino gratuito.

Cons:

La posizione, per andare in centro si impiegano 30 minuti di bus e il bus non passa spesso. La pulizia, abbiamo trovato capelli, polvere e un mozzicone di sigaretta sotto al materasso, la padella incrostata di bruciato, un piatto tagliato a metà. La struttura non fornisce la Konus card, con la quale si possono prendere i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente. La Konus card viene fornita da tutte le strutture ricettive a patto che si paghi la tassa di soggiorno, noi la tassa l'abbiamo pagata ma niente Card. La struttura ha un parcheggio ma si paga a parte, 14 euro a notte. Mi sembra un po' tantino vista la posizione dell'appartamento, potrei capire se la casa fosse nel centro città. Ultima cosa, sebbene la casa fosse spaziosa, non c'è un salotto con divano per stare insieme. Viste tutte queste cose, direi che è troppo costoso.

Bonjour, très belle appartement bien situé. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le parking sous terrain. La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée, saladier etc. Nous sommes très satisfaits. Meilleurs salutations. Walter

Apenas o banheiro da recepção que as vezes está fechado. E quando precisamos chegar mais cedo, horário antes do check-in, não temos onde fazer necessidades caso precise.

J’ai rencontré un problème dans la chambre : il y avait beaucoup de fourmis. J’ai contacté le responsable par messages afin de demander un changement de chambre, mais cela n’a malheureusement pas été possible. De plus, aucune solution n’a été apportée pour résoudre le problème. C’est vraiment dommage.

Die schlimmste "Übernachtung" jemals!
1. Ankunft, 22h, der Code an der Haustür funktionierte, der Code am Zimmer aber nicht. Der Kasten für die key-card war leer, also keinen Zugang zum Zimmer.
2. Nach einigem Suchen fanden wir einen Handwerker/Hausmeister, der zufällig!! vor Ort war (Hr. Kozak, von einem externen Unternehmen)
3. Er sagte, dass in unserem gebuchten Zimmer bereits Gäste sind, daher keine key-card. Über ein alternatives Zimmer gab es keine Auskunft.
4. Telefon Holine: Fehlanzeige
5. Hr Kozak hat dann doch noch nach einem anderen, freien Zimmer gesucht und schliesslich auch gefunden.
Dieses Zimmer war jedoch, wie auch das ganze Gebäude, eine Baustelle. Ohne Bodenbeläge (sowohl im "Zimmer" als auch auf den Fluren), das Bad nur halb verputzt und gestrichen, ohne jegliches Zubehör. Die Rolläden haben nicht funktioniert ect ect....
6. Um Mitternacht noch eine andere Unterkunft zu finden war nicht möglich, daher sind wir trotz allen erwähnten Punkten geblieben.
7. Um kurz nach 6h morgens heftiger Baustellenlärm/Maschinen in allen umliegenden Zimmern und Fluren. Wie gesagt, es ist eine halbfertige Baustelle!

Ich fordere daher die sofortige Rücküberweisung des bezahlten Betrages!
