Pros:

L’hôtel particulier est magnifique. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, au cœur du centre, à deux pas du vieux port dans une rue très calme. Les chambres sont situées dans un autre bâtiment. Ma chambre était meublée simplement et petite. La literie de bonne qualité.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Je les félicite pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel malgré le choix : omelette en poudre, café industriel ,…la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. C’est dommage.

La stanza è bellissima, piccola accogliente e pulita.
Il bagno spazioso e pulito.
Ottima posizione e il parcheggio coperto è vicinissimo.

Cons:

Arrivare all'hotel è stato un po complicato x il traffico ma poi tutto ok.

Well located, but could do better in terms of appliances
Pros:

Maison Montgrand is very well located, in close proximity to the vieux port. It offers a deal with one of the city’s garages, which is quite convenient if you’re planning to drive around.

Cons:

The property is not very well maintained, especially the appliances. The hairdryer kept overheating and stopped working after a few seconds. The shower head would not stay in place. The towels are very small and they only give you one per guest, who ça means there’s no other towels to dry your hair for example.

Kind staff and perfect housekeeping, wifi is terrible and amenities don't really match the price.
Pros:

We appreciated the kindness and availability of your team to our needs. The room was clean and spotless. We felt really comfortable and loved the location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, three things that were quite disappointing and unacceptable considering the hotel range and rate prices in our opinion as frequent travellers, are:

1. Really bad wifi signal - it barely connected or let us load basic images, texts or browse - which made it quite a bad experience as mobile data inside our room was also very bad, basically no coverage; Gladly, we were there for leisure, so we were quite disconnected. (We had a hard time doing online check-in or checking maps and bookings per instance) For a work trip, it would be extremely disruptive;

2. Locked central air conditioning with no temperature control - or mode options - we couldn't change the direction and/or temperature of the AC system - that made the room extremely hot or cold in a few moments of the day.

3. We already knew that the room didn't have a fridge or a minibar, but we were informed that the hotel could provide
