Les portes du placard ferment avec difficultés
Highly service oriented. They provided loaner cuff links to us and also a small freezer for the room. All staff was friendly and delivered every need. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel mit ordentlichen Zimmern und freundlichen Personal. Normalerweise würde ich das Hotel mit 9,0 bewerten, aber…
…leider bieten die Fenster keinen guten Lärmschutz. Durch den Straßenlärm ( obwohl wir unsere Zimmer im 12. Stockwerk hatten) und den Lärm der Klimageräte des gegenüberliegenden Hotels war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Leider gibt es keine Zimmer zu einem Innenhof. Zu allen Seiten sind Straßen. Spätestens um 5:00 Uhr morgens waren wir hellwach!

The hotel itself
This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everything felt exceptional, the bed, the beautifully designed hallways, the location, and the wonderful bar. It truly feels like a small boutique five-star hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much, from breakfast in bed to evening tea at the bar. That it genuinely made our New York experience better overall. The attention to detail is remarkable: the way they carefully arrange your personal items in the bathroom after cleaning, the incredibly soft towels, and the beautiful, comfortable bathrobes. Everything feels thoughtful and luxurious.
There were only two small details. Breakfast in the room is served on a wooden tray rather than on a trolley that slides over the bed, which would make eating in bed easier. The tray is still nice, but a trolley would be more practical. On our last morning, housekeeping knocked around 9 a.m. asking if we were done, even though we still had plenty of time before checkout. It would be better if they had clear information about whether guests have actually left the room.
