Pros:

Cenntralnie położony apartament w bezpośredniej bliskości dobrych restauracji. Ogromną zaletą jest prywatna plaża, zadbana, czysta, zawsze są wolne leżaki. Właściciel pomocny, szybko reaguje na pytania.
Duży balkon z widokiem na morze. Miejsce do suszenia ubrań plażowych.

Cons:

Apartament jest nieco przestarzały, w łazience ciasno. Kuchnia jest zaopatrzona tylko w niezbędne rzeczy.

A great place with an excellent beach area at a reasonable rate.
Pros:

I liked that it was in a bit more traditional part of Sarande, yet still close to the port. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony looking at the sea, and your own beach area.

Pros:

Die Lage, wenige Meter abseits der Hauptstraße aber dennoch nah an Restaurants etc sowie mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand ist überragend. Sichere Stellplätze im Hof und ein Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war trotz Klimaanlage sehr stickig. Das 'Wohnzimmer', ein Raum mit einer alten Küche und einen 'Schlaf'-Sofa, war innenliegend, mit einem Fenster zum Schlafzimmer und einem Fenster zum Flur. Auch bei offenen Fenstern war die Wirkung der Klimaanlage in diesem Raum nicht spürbar. Da wir gezielt eine Unterkunft mit getrennten Zimmern gesucht hatten, war das suboptimal.
Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der WC-Sitz hat einen Riss mit einer scharfen Bruchkante. Ich würde trotz der hervorragenden Lage nicht wieder buchen.

Havsnära dagar i Saranda
Pros:

Trevlig och tillmötesgående värd som svarade snabbt på meddelanden. Perfekt läge med utsikt över havet. Bekväma sängar och rymligt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Cons:

Svårt att hitta nerfarten (sväng vänster efter Joni's Bistro &Bar, nerför backen och sedan vänster). Mycket trång parkering; vi lät bilen stå under vår vistelse. Klapperstensstrand där badskor är att föredra. Bordsknivar och lite annat saknades.

Первая линия с выходом на пляж и своими зонтиками и шезлонгами!
Шикарный балкон с видом на море.
В номере есть все необходимое. Все фото соответствуют действительности.
Хозяин приветлив и готов всегда помочь.
Место для авто во дворе, что очень удобно!
Рядом с апартаментами магазины, таверны и рестораны. До порта и главной набережной 15 мин.
Спасибо за отличный отдых, очень рекомендую

Прекрасный отдых
Pros:

Отличное место для отдыха!
Чистый и просторный номер с балконом, в студии есть все необходимое, Кухня оборудована и новый чистый холодильник.
Место для машины прямо во дворе, что очень удобно.
Свой чистый пляж с лежаками и зонтиками..
Рядом магазины, кафе, таверны.
Спасибо за отдых!

Amelie's apartments are a clean, well equipped accommodation with fantastic views and private beach
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing. There's also a hotel next door that has a restaurant so breakfast is a very short walk away. Whilst it's a bit further from the main esplanade in Sarande, it's in the part of town that gets sun late into the afternoon, so there's actually some nice bars and restaurants in that end of town. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. There's a kitchen on site (on the balcony) for those who want to cook. Room was very clean. There is a private beach with free sunloungers.

Cons:

Whilst clean, the room was quite dated and run down - particularly the bathroom, where the shower is essentially over the toilet. Also, if most of your activities are going to be in the main town, the walk might get tiresome - it's about 15 mins away.

Pros:

Mi- a plăcut foarte mult că avea o plajă privată cu șezlonguri gratuite. Priveliștea foarte frumoasă, magazine, taverne în vecinătate .Parcare proprie , la proprietate.

Cons:

Unele mici defecțiuni ale sistemului de apă( temporar).

The stay was incredible and the view was everything you could ask for😍.

Pros:

The view was amazing and the balcony was present for the two of us with plenty of room for our laundry to dry as well. The black out shutters for the glass door to the balcony were very helpful for sleeping in I only wish we'd have found them earlier in our stay. The location was very nice for us, not in the center of everything but easy to walk there. It was very quiet and relaxing. Having our own parking spot was huge as the parking there is crazy. We would definitely stay here again and with a few changes this property could easily rate a 10.

Cons:

The location is hard to find and it's not marked at the street, so clear instructions the day before would have been very helpful and avoided a lot of driving around and frustration. The kitchen was in name only as there was only one large pan and one large pot. No knife at all and not much else in the way of utensils. Not a huge problem as we are out at the wonderful restaurants in the area but even trying to have a snack of cheese and crackers was a challenge. If you are over 6 feet tall the bed and shower will be a challenge for you.
