The hotel indoor pool is closed in summer time.


Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 10.00h to 11.30h, always accompanied by an adult and with extra charge. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Spa Opening Hours:
Closed on Mondays.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be required on your card (a pre-authorization), for possible charges in the room.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 15kg or less.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Excelente, pero el descanso regular por culpa del colchón y almohada
Pros:

Limpieza, localización y trato del personal

Cons:

Colchón y almohada ( muy incómodo, parece que viejos, se notaban los muelles y por unos lados más blandos que otros y las almohadas con poco relleno y planas )

Sobre todo la habitación y el personal.
La habitación espectacular por ponerle una pega pondría alguna luz donde la bañera de hidromasaje lo demás espectacular súper limpio

Cons:

Estuvimos en el spa todo funcionaba correctamente y el personal muy bien la masajista para ir todo los días lo único que me faltó fue que estuviera mejor señalado el orden del circuito y que es cada piscina para poder seguir ese orden

Gut um das Meer zu geniessen.
Pros:

Die Strand Nähe und die vielen guten Restaurants (meistens etwas weiter weg; z.B. Tramonto oder La Dorada de Plata).

Cons:

Viele Gäste mit all inklusive!

Perfect beach location
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Cons:

There are only two lifts, and whilst I appreciate it would be difficult to add a further one, it gets pretty hectic at times waiting for one of the two, especially in the peak season.
Additional outdoor seating with smoking and non smoking areas are a must.

Nice views to ocean, large rooms and terrace, overcrowded hotel room n summer.
Pros:

Large suite room with huge outdoor terrace and lovely views to ocean. Good location to explore the beachfront.

Cons:

The outdoor jacuzzi was dirty and had hair in the bottom, unfortunately could not use it. The central Ac could be more efficient, room wasn’t cold enough for summer heat. Noise from the pool most of the day , music and games is very loud. The hotel was very crowded it would be impossible to get a pool chair.

Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Cons:

Food choices were slightly limited. Although there was always something to have, it wasn't a massive selection. We were only there for 2 nights so it was fine but I imagine if you were there for a week or 2 it would become a bit boring and you'd probably eat out. Pool was a bit overcrowded and couldn't relax in it and struggled to find sun loungers.
