Awful dark noisy cat piss house
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

One large door for window that you could not open as if you did you would be - over ran by cats like at one point chasing 4 to get them out. Smells of Tom cat piss everywhere, mosquitos or noise from concert venue. Literally cannot have the only door/window open. Stunk and noise drive us mad. Dark miserable room. NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS

"Queen room" or "Hobbit room" ?

Está bien ubicado.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación más cara porque indicaba que incluía terraza (cabe remarcar que la ofrecen como “Queen room”). Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con un espacio muy pequeño y en mal estado, con humedades y mala aclimatación; el frío y la humedad se filtraban por la puerta y el techo. En las fotos adjuntas se aprecia la diferencia entre lo que realmente es y lo que prometen en la web. La información en Booking y Limehome.com es confusa y puede llevar a error, ya que no se ajusta a la realidad. El alojamiento se limitó a decir que era la opción que habíamos elegido, sin ofrecer ninguna solución ni alternativa, afirmando textualmente: “There is nothing that can be changed.”

A gem in Porto
Pros:

The historic building was amazing and the garden on the back was delightful. My room faced the back. Everything was perfect and super clean.

Cons:

The app wasn’t working well. I had to call the customer service to help me with the check in.

Agradável e confortável
Pros:

Alojamento confortável, com boa localização e com excelente relação qualidade preço, com vista para o Palácio de Cristal. Toda a plataforma de check-in foi fácil e intuitiva.
Existe uma pequena Kitchenette.

Cons:

A fechadura do quarto apresentava alguns problemas de funcionamento, o que se resolveram espontaneamente, sem necessidade de acionar o apoio do alojamento (telefónico e sem presença física). Caso o problema tivesse persistido, a ausência de funcionários poderia ser um problema.
