Purtroppo faccio fatica a indicare qualcosa che mi sia piaciuto del soggiorno. Avevo scelto questa struttura con le aspettative che è ragionevole avere quando si prenota e si paga un quattro stelle, ma l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. I problemi di pulizia, la mancata sistemazione della camera, le luci del letto rotte, la tenda a terra e l’assenza di una coperta hanno compromesso il comfort del soggiorno. Sono aspetti essenziali, che hanno pesato troppo sull’esperienza complessiva per permettermi di apprezzare eventuali altri pregi della struttura.

Ho pagato per una struttura presentata come un quattro stelle, ma le condizioni della camera e il servizio ricevuto sono stati ben lontani dalle aspettative.

La camera non è stata pulita e non mi è stata fornita alcuna spiegazione. Ho trovato una gomma da masticare attaccata vicino alla finestra, le luci del letto erano rotte e la tenda bianca era caduta a terra. Sul letto c’era soltanto un lenzuolo, senza alcuna coperta. Ho fotografato i problemi riscontrati.

Non pretendo il lusso, ma pulizia, manutenzione e comfort di base, soprattutto pagando per un quattro stelle. Mi sono sentito ingannato dalla presentazione della struttura e ho chiesto il rimborso del soggiorno. Un’esperienza che non consiglierei.

Buona soluzione per chi vuole dormire in centro e desidera comodità nei trasferimenti.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, all'interno delle mura cittadine. Si trova molto vicino anche alla fermata dei bus che conducono all'aereoporto e alle principali località vicine. Ampio terrazzo silenzioso che affaccia sul cortile interno.

Cons:

Sarebbe utile un comodo doccino nella doccia (c'è solo il soffione fisso in alto), soprattutto in mancanza del bidet. Anche uno specchio a figura intera sarebbe utile. Infine abbiamo sentito la mancanza di una piccola luce o un faretto fuori al terrazzo per godersi lo spazio anche di sera.

Stayed one night - was good!
Enjoyed the big bed and the terrace on the floor of the room.
Location was top!

Cons:

It was difficult with the luggages (there’s no elevator and the staircase is narrow).
Would’ve liked a non open-space type of bathroom and a shower that is not only “rain”.
