היה מטונף בחדר שקיבלנו !
שערות בכל מקום, נמלים , מושבות שלמות וגופות של ג׳וקים אמרנו על זה לאחראים בקבלה.
התגובה הייתה שכל החדרים נקיים מזל שצילמנו ויכולנו להראות להם תמונות - בתגובה הם הציעו לנו חדר אחר שהיה אפילו יותר מלוכלך מהראשון ובו גם גופה של איזה חרק מלאה בנמלים.
שאמרנו על זה שוב התשובה הייתה ש״נמלים מגיעות פשוט לפרורים וזה לא באמת לכלוך לכלוך זה בקטנה ״…..

Location good, the rooms need serious cleaning

Location and the internet was good

Cons:

Kitchen was filthy. Pots still had old food in and not cleaned. Sink had mold around edges and no plug and stove was filthy. We bought paper plates, cups and plastic utensils to ensure we stayed healthy

Couch needed a good clean and the bathroom also needed some loving care and some plugs

Host was unhelpful in obtaining a taxi to the airport maintaining taxis dont come to the hotel because of where they were situated - never had that before in Israel. I managed to get a taxi online and organised pickup in Mazkeret moshe street where we were told taxis dont come. You can book a taxi through https://quicki-taxi.co.il/airport-taxi/
