אם נסתכל על מחיר פר גודל ומיקום - המקום מנצח בגדול! הזמנתי דירה שכולל חדר שינה וסלון ענקי, ומסתבר שהיו גם שתי מרפסות לנופים מהממים - האחת לנחלאות והשנייה ממש על השוק. המיקום הכי טוב שיכול להיות למי שרוצה להסתובב באיזורי הנחלאות ולבקר בשוק ולנסוע לכל מקום על מסלול הרכבת הקלה.

Cons:

על אף שהדירה הייתה ענקית לסטנדרטים של המקום, היא הייתה מאוד לא נקייה, הקירות היו מוכתמים, היה אבק בכל מקום והצוות ניקיון שהיה שם לא התלהב לנקות כשביקשתי. המקלחת נזלה לרצפה והיא הייתה גם לא נקייה.
* אציין שנאמר לי שהמצב ידוע והם הולכים לשפץ את המקום ולהוסיף אנשי מקצוע בקרוב והם מתנצלים על המצב.
