La ubicación fue lo único bueno y q tiene estacionamiento

Cons:

Las tuberías hacían mucho ruido toda la noche no me dejaron dormir y q las 7am la música fuertisima del restaurante horrible pase muy mala noche
La TV no tiene canales solo es con plataformas
El agua de la regadera estaba fría y había tapas tiradas de shampoo de otras personas
El staff nada servicial no le importó nada de lo que dije

Tuve que pedir que me cambiarán de habitación por el ruido excesivo de la calle . Tuve que pagar un extra , el baño muy amplio y agradable , Pero el piso súper resbaladizo , no había agua , tuve que hablar a recepción. Finalmente si llego . Tardaba mucho el agua caliente .

Descent place & good location
Pros:

The staff was really great. They were helpful & very friendly! Good location being pretty central to many things. Bottles of water were given each day which was nice. Rooms were descent. There are several outlets in the room which is nice.

Cons:

We did not like that they only give 1 hand towel to use, usually hotels give 2 of all towels to use. There is only 1 mirror so you have to take turns getting ready which can be difficult. The bathroom isn't big enough for 2 to get ready. Another mirror on the wall would be better & helpful. Lighting is a bit dark in the bathroom to see to do makeup.

There is no iron orironing boards... glad we always travel with a steamer.

The power went out one day for almost 6 hours! No compensation for the inconvenience which is disappointing especially being so hot and humid.

El hotel es muy bonito, se ve nuevo y con muy buena ubicación.
El servicio es el que no fue tan bueno.

Cons:

Nos quedamos 5 días y desafortunadamente no salo nunca agua caliente. El baño olía bastante a cañería. Lo que no nos gusto nada es un día que salimos del hotel durante todo el día y de regreso el letrero de "No molestar" estaba puesto en la puerta y al entrar nos dimos cuenta que no hicieron el cuarto. Al preguntar en la recepcion nos dijeron que nadie lo habia puesto, que habiamos sido nosotros lo cual no habia sido cierto.
