Hotel bom.
Pros:

O hotel é antigo, com elevador bem pequeno. Mas, estava limpo. A água do chuveiro bem forte. Café da manhã razoável. Poderia ser melhor. A localização é o ponto alto, pois fica muito próximo da Arena de Verona.

Cons:

A recepção não funciona 24h. Somente até 10pm. O ar condicionado não estava esfriando bem, apesar de ter 2 unidades no quarto.

nous avions une chambre coté petite ruelle où sont entreposés des poubelles, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car il y avait les odeurs des detritus

Lovely location
Pros:

The location is excellent, breakfast was great and much more than I expected with a small selection of everything but all very fresh a d good quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was on the 3rd floor which had very low windows so it was almost like not having windows at all. There was also noise from glass recycling being empty every morning but in a dense city noise is expected and we had earplugs.

Pros:

Lovely small hotel right in the heart of Verona close to all the attractions and with easy walking distance to the train station. Check in was.super easy, staff on the desk were lovely. Our room was clean and spacious on the first floor. The bed Was soft but comfy. Breakfast was simple Italian cuisine, but very good. We would definitely stay here again, if we came back to Verona.

Cons:

Nothing, that I can think of, super little hotel.
