Fabulous old building central to Piazza Bra.
Pros:

Location was great, as was the accommodation of our late check-in. Linen was wonderfully crisp and clean. Staff were very polite and kind. Breakfast looked lovely although we hadn’t had the option at booking to select it.

Cons:

I asked if after checking out if we could leave our cases for a few hours, and was a bit surprised to find our cases where we left them in the small reception.

Good hotel, lovely staff, wonderful location.
Pros:

Location is superb, right next to the Arena. Staff were great, they let us leave our bags before and after checking in and even let us freshen up in a bathroom before our flight. Breakfast outside was lovely.

Cons:

Air con wasn’t great in one of our two rooms so a slightly uncomfortable night.

Para quem quer ficar perto do centro é a escolha acertada

L'emplacement à 2 pas des arènes, bon petit déjeuner sur la place dans la circulation des livreurs,personnel sympathique

Cons:

Petite chambre, manque de table de nuit et d'éclairage, climatisation insuffisante, petite fenêtre condamnée.

Bardzo udany pobyt w świetnie położonym, czystym hotelu z miłą obsługą i wyjątkowo dobrym śniadaniem
Pros:

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, niemal przy samej starówce, co było dla nas dużym atutem. Dodatkowym plusem jest winda, która we włoskich hotelach nie zawsze jest standardem.
Śniadania były wyjątkowo dobre jak na włoskie warunki. Wybór jedzenia i napojów był wystarczający, a szczególnie pozytywnie zaskoczyła nas jajecznica przygotowywana z prawdziwych jajek, a nie z gotowej masy czy proszku. Samo jedzenie było smaczne i świeże.
Niewielkim minusem była natomiast organizacja uzupełniania produktów. Czasami trzeba było długo czekać na jajecznicę lub croissanty, a jednego dnia, mimo zgłoszenia obsłudze, nie doczekałam się uzupełnienia pieczywa przed wyjściem ze śniadania.
Personel był miły i uczynny, a hotel czysty i zadbany. Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce, szczególnie osobom, którym zależy na świetnej lokalizacji i dobrym śniadaniu.
