Will be back
Pros:

Location. Very pleasant surroundings to sit outside and have sundowners. Staff is very pleasant. Good service.

Pros:

The room was clean, there was a bath with overhead shower and air con. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent and evening meal was adequate though the menu was a bit limited. My only gripe was that there wags only one packet of biscuits with the tea tray In the room!

Ok location, ok place to stay.
Pros:

Location is good for me for work purposes. Hotel is clean and tidy, car park is ok but could be lit better. Room was big, room facilities were ok.

Cons:

Always have to wait and try and find staff when checking in and out as there’s never anyone on hotel reception, they’re always in the bar or restaurant. Promised they would send me an invoice but haven’t because the receptionist was late to arrive in work because of child care issues.

Pros:

The booking.com reviews says ' Superb' our small room was facing a car park. The rooms were not in a hotel setting. Very misleading. The breakfast was great. We had fish and chips for dinner which was very average. My expectations were different as we had booked a golfclub stay. We were disappointed.

Cons:

Rooms, the 'hotel' it was not a hotel, it was rooms in a building. The common areas were not well maintained. The outide area over looking the golfcourse and the ponds were beautiful.

OK place to get your head down for 1 night.
Pros:

A good buffet breakfast. A decent location to get to the chunnel from. Being a golf hotel they opened early.

Cons:

Miserable reception staff.
Hotel is actually in an annex a distance behind the hotel and although told it was a 'short walk'....when you are carrying gear etc....it wasn't.

Pros:

Really good location for visiting family in Kent. Also, only 10 minutes from Leeds Castle. The breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty. We had porridge and fruit, followed by toast, which was perfect for us. The price was very reasonable, given it included breakfast.

Cons:

The room needed refreshing, a coat of paint was needed, and things like the hairdryer needed replacing with a more modern one.
There wasn't anyone on reception on arrival, you were directed to the bar, which was not great as they had a wedding going on that day. I guess it's the same as most places now with rising staff costs and cutbacks.
