Outstanding! We will be back!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The special history surrounding the property was really interesting. The gardens gave you the sense of peace and quiet even though you were so close to so many interesting attractions. The staff were all supremely friendly and helpful, special mention for Morty, Serena, Andi, Chris and Jack. You made our stay extra special! Thank you and we will be back.

Pros:

After more than ten days on the road, I couldn't have asked for a warmer final stop. We arrived tired and overheated, and Jack noticed immediately — he brought us welcome drinks right away and, rather than just processing the check-in, chatted with us like an old friend, patiently explaining the area and thoughtfully asking about our plans before offering genuinely useful suggestions. When we came back from sightseeing, Kevin's warm welcome and friendly, professional service were just as memorable. By the last day, all I wanted was to stay in the hotel and soak up their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Ehrlich >> nichts<<.

Cons:

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Es war schmutzig, das Mobiliar abgenutzt, der Teppich hat gestunken und das Personal war überheblich und unhöflich (und ich frage mich warum)

Um Hotel histórico com acomodações espetaculares
Pros:

O Hotel é espetacular. Uma arquitetura preciosa que encanta. Histórico e impecável. O serviço é bom mas ainda precisa de ajustes principalmente na parte de restaurante . Na recepção saliento a atenção dos gentis funcionários Wilson, Frank e Kevin.

Cons:

A alimentação ainda deixa a desejar e não é compatível com o refinamento e história do hotel. O café da manhã deixa a desejar .

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
Pros:

What impressed me most about this hotel was, by far, the dedication of all the staff to making my stay very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and caring. I would highlight it among all the hotels I have visited in China and around the world. Congratulations on a great job! I will be back!

Quarto maravilhoso, toalhas, lençóis, travesseiros tudo de primeira linha. Há um espaço para o Happy Hour da tarde com uma bela mesa. Atendimento da equipe muito bom, tudo muito bonito e o espaço externo é lindo.

Una estadía excelente!!
Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes, cuenta con 4 restaurantes, lo cual facilita mucho cuando uno llega cansado de recorrer los diferentes lugares en la ciudad. La atención fue increíble, en todo momento el personal estaba al tanto de nosotros y de nuestras necesidades.
